President Trump nixed diversity-training programs across the federal government, declaring them divisive and un-American.
The news, first reported by RealClearPolitics, was formalized in a memo Friday from Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought, who said anything involving “white privilege” or “critical race theory” would be on the chopping block.
“The President has directed me to ensure that Federal agencies cease and desist from using taxpayer dollars to fund these divisive, un-American propaganda training sessions,” Vought wrote. “Executive Branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars to date ‘training’ government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda.
“For example, according to press reports, employees across the Executive Branch have been required to attend trainings where they are told that ‘virtually all White people contribute to racism’ or where they are required to say that they ‘benefit from racism,” the memo continued. “We cannot accept our employees receiving training that seeks to undercut our core values as Americans and drive division within our workforce.”

Ha! They could drop most required training. Between my company and the contract we’re working there are two sets of required training. With the possible exception of two, just two of these courses every single other one (ie. about 90%) could be handled as a “one and done” kind of training. But no, they come up every year for refresher training. BS and a complete waste of time.
We had to sit through this type of nonsense for a city Fire Department after balck and female scam artists who were all worthless employees sued and were given large awards by brain dead leftist juries and judges.

Great start. Now we need to unwind the SPLC from the government and get rid of groups such as the black and Hispanic caucuses.
True. This federal executive order only affects some workplaces, not the racist anti-racist training in the classroom K-college.

White male officers are a favorite target to tell that they are all racists, potential rapists and abusers. They get hammered frequently with this.
I worked for one of the top five companies in 1993. We had mandatory ”diversity” training. Basically, there were no questions allowed just sit and see Power Points of racial statistics on employment.
Consultants giving the 2 day ”class” got rich and their credentials were the color of their skin. I am saying this has been going on for a very long time. Big money in this business that is why Dems pushed.
Same here for 80 year old white retired engineer. What a blessing to serve others.
