The virus is real. The scam is how the Communist Democrats, Gates, Soros, and unk ‘others’ making use of it.

They’re loving it just because THEY WANT TRUMP GONE! They don’t care what it takes. Any crisis is a good crisis for evil.

This will turn out to be another failed liberal promise- over hyped and under delivered just like:

the population bomb
acid rain
global cooling
dying oceans
ozone hole
global warming
climate change
covid-19

“”What makes the situation unmatched: The huge spike is happening amid enormous global food surpluses.””

Someone’s definition of SURPLUS must be a heck of a lot different than the rest of us have...

“”And it’s happening in every part of the world, with new levels of food insecurity forecast for countries that used to have relative stability.””

“”food insecurity”” when crops are being plowed under in CA and fruit rotting on trees in WA? It’s not the only thing that’s “rotting” in the state of WA and the state of OR and the state of CA and the state of WI; need I go on?

Conquest? Check.

Isn’t it right that if there is a disruption in delivery, food will be gone in a short time?

A map of the JIT routes,

Those politicians sure are pigs. KC looks to mostly be a hub. I saw another map a few months back that showed Iowa being the Midwest hub. Other than that it was about the same. Most produce either comes from those red lines from S Cali or from FL. The Midwest mostly grows corn/soy and cattle/hogs/chickens.

Technically that could happen, but the way it’s set up now - with most deliveries by truck - it’s almost impossible.

The trucking industry is highly competitive and quite reliable, so even a strike wouldn’t stop deliveries.

A lot of people make their livelihoods from the production & distribution of food and food products, so there’s an “inertia” that keeps things going ... food won’t just suddenly disappear from the stores

I order my doggie heart worm pills (also good for COVID-19) from Australia...they usually arrive in 6 days. I've been waiting three weeks today. They keep telling me that they're in transit.

Now, I put my truck in the shop at the dealer Friday morning...they said it'd be ready in about four hours. I got a call Friday afternoon saying that they had to order a part....this morning they called...we don't know when the part will arrive.

The CDC yesterday put a revised death notice online/Twitter.
It said Covid 19 ONLY deaths were 9210 total, and the 170,000 were fake numbers, as those were elderly and sick people with various illnesses like heart attacks, cancer, and other causes of death.
A short while later it was removed from CDC website.
Anyway, only 6% was the actual number of deaths by Covid 19. I think it was a whistleblower who posted the first report, and CDC did not know, but took it down when they found out it was up there. It was a revised report on actual deaths due to Covid.
So this article shows the FAKE PANDEMIC by the DEMOCRATS HAS RUINED MILLIONS! How do they get away with such eviL?

Grocers cannot keep a lot of merchandise in stock for long.

I was at the commissary the other day and there were empty shelves over the entire store. If everything was consolidated, there would be at least both sides of one aisle that would be completely empty and it would extend into a second aisle.

Blame just in time inventory control

Suppliers only keep enough inventory on hand for filling current orders

Order more to fill upcoming orders

Problem is when suppliers cant fill orders because farther up the chain their suppliers are experiencing inventory problems

One broken link disrupts the entire supply chain

Our WalMart is out of a lot of stuff in the grocery section. I have no idea why. Meat counters are about 20% of what they used to be.

Plenty of Thanksgiving stuff on display though. I guess to fill up the empty shelves.

I love all the naysayers. "This isn't true!"

Even if the shortages are not real, the evil agenda behind it is.

From what I have read, the coming shortages are real. The Chinese have been buying our food stocks like wildfire, because of floods in their own nation.

The locust plagues in South America, India, Africa, China, and the Middle East are real.

But what is even more real is the powers that be, that can punish us people with little to no recourse.

The COVID lock downs have hurt food production, harvesting and distribution immensely.

Look at our petty tyrants called "State Governors."

They can dictate this or that, with zero regard for the Constitution, and the Federal Govt (hello? President Trump?) does nothing to stop them.

After Muzzle Mask, outlawing attending church, banning singing in churches, arresting mothers who take their kids to the playground, and all the other despotism, I can see a day coming very quickly where food rationing is enforced.

They already have, or are currently, limiting the number of items you can buy in most stores. The next steps are rations cards and a limit on the number trips to the grocery store.

If things get much, much worse, I can see state "Executive Orders" that limit "hoarding" of food. People who stockpile may find themselves on the receiving end of a "visit" by their friendly state government.

People who cry "Fear Mongering!" are sticking their heads in the sand.

Relax .. there's going to be PLENTY of food ...

Until there's not.

As I've said for years, it is not the ending of the movie "Soylent Green" that will prove to be prophetic, but rather the beginning of the movie, where government helicopters are depicted flying over city streets filled with food rioters.
