All three shot (two dead) had some kind of criminal record or past convictions. They weren’t exactly ‘boy-scouts’. That’s going to show up in any court activity accusing the kid of murder. I don’t see any jury convicting him.
Two things are gonna trip this kid up:
1. The kid was not lawfully in possession of that firearm, and;
2. He crossed state lines with it.
Those 2 facts make the whole thing problematic.

Open carry state and all three were obvious self defense. Much better video out there than what is on the news. Not charged, at least not yet, for any weapons violations.
He pulled on the barrel as he ran by and this pointed the weapon at his vital areas and the fact that Kenosha Kyle's finger was on the trigger caused the gun to fire. And the weapon was strapped to Kenosha Kyle via straps.
A tragic ending for a man who would strike a child in the head with a skateboard. Striking someone in the head is attempted murder.

Well maybe if cops actually were ordered by their governments to control the riots, then far fewer people would be dead from being stupid.
The man shot in the head (1st shot & killed) is in a video screaming and agitating the armed store protection. He’s the guy in the red t-shirt, shorter stature and has a shaven head. He was shot sometime after that in the car lot.
Apparently, at that point - the crowd descended on the 17-yr old shooter chasing him down the street. The shooter KNEW what would happen if captured. If nothing else, the news that I’ve seen, the videos, etc show ANTIFA and BLM surrounding people and kicking or beating them to death with skateboards, pipes, or bricks. Those types of injuries are hard to get “ballistics” off of.
It’s the reason why they use the “overwhelm” method. Too many people to ID and there’s not much evidence left on the scene to say who did what unless captured on video or they brag about it. That part of BLM/ANTIFA violence was pre-planned and trained before they showed up to these types of events.
The other 2 shot (1 killed , 1 wounded) were using that tactic and fearing for his life, the 17 yr old shooter took shots to defend himself.
IMO, they charged the shooter with with some type of homicide so there would not be further riots - but I don’t think he’ll be convicted of anything. Maybe a misdemeanor. Maybe nothing.
Patriot Rittenhouse could have gotten away with it, if it wasn’t for goody two-shoes on our side tattling to the cops.

Say what you will but young Rittenhouse has BALLS in defending himself and taking out 3 of his attackers. It wasn’t always pretty but he maintained control of this weapon and used it effectively in a chaotic situation and under pressure. In my book he deserves an honorary Combat Action Badge.
He needs to be released immediately. It’s beyond obvious that he was being chased by a mob and was loathe to shoot anyone. The people who were chasing him are lucky that it wasn’t me. Many more would be dead if it had been.

I’m wondering about the first victim shot in the head. I did see the vid of him on the ground and the guy pulling off his shirt to assist. I’m pretty sure I saw an entry wound to the head. But he still had his whole head on.
If he was hit by a .223 wouldn’t half his head been blown off? Some speculation around here that he was shot by some one else.
