cops not doing themselves any favors by being quiet on the whole thing...with so much cop hating media out there...in Detroit last month, police killed a thug...the natives starting getting restless, and police chief Craig released dash cam video within hours...they all calmed down...

I agree. Build a tall electric fence, keep them in and let them kill each other off. Remove the fence, high pressure wash the mess and bulldoze it away. Start over.

He appeared to be reaching for something on the floor or under the seat so I guess it will all come out.

I read that the police did not have body cams. Seems the city council voted not to fund them.
People who (1) don’t break the law and (2) don’t fight police tend to have a better life.
His family was doing an interview with their many attorneys. Parents are divorced. Mother said she didn’t people to riot, she is a woman of God. Father on the other hand, not fond of white people. Son, is paralyzed from the shooting. His 3 kids were in the car. There will be a lawsuit and settlement for sure.
Paralyzed eh? Well... perhaps he won’t run from the po-po after all. Maybe in the future he’ll escape them by some other means perhaps?
The logical way to not be shot by a cop is to do exactly what he or she says. Especially if it a she. Although a good lady she does not have the physical strength of males. In a conflict she will shoot you before a male cop will. She has no choice due to ability in physical conflict.
If it is a bad arrest your lawyer will kick the cops ass in court. If it was a good arrest you lawyer will tell you to make a deal with the prosecutor.
If sober or drunk on your ass or drugged up, just do what the cop tells you to do. Thus you will wake up in the morning alive.
