A white police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin opened fire on an unarmed Black man who was simply walking away from him -- shooting him point-blank seven times ... and it's all on video.
You see the man walking away from a few officers ... who appear to be telling him to stop, with guns drawn. He makes his away around a car in a nonthreatening manner, he opens the door and attempts to get inside. One of the cops grabs hold of his shirt, and for some inexplicable reason, he unloads seven rounds at arm's length. The victim was flown to a hospital and has been listed as being in serious condition.
Protests are now growing by the minute. Many are demanding the swift arrest of the officer who fired the shots.

Did police fear he had a gun in the car?
In any event, if the police tell you to stop, and they are pointing guns at you, you are better off stopping...
He was walking away from a cop with his gun drawn. Not exactly a peace-loving move.
If this republic is to survive we are going to literally have to fight for it!
What are they going to do, riot in the streets?
Burn, Loot and Murder?
Already doing that.
No one shot me, tonight.
Police would assume he was going for a weapon in the car.
When it’s an armed standoff, opening the car door and going in is not “non-threatening”. You don’t know what he’s going for.
Walking with attitude - there must be a reason he fired ...
When are the cops going to learn to be patient? When? You don’t have to arrest him in the moment.
For some reason reporter reports in an inexplicable fashion. Then we get the explanation and it is no longer inexplicable.

Thanks. Watching it now. I notice they zero in on the smallest (female) cop and focus their harassment on her. I feel bad for the cops in this livestream who were certainly not involved in the shooting.
Blacks commit an extraordinary amount of violent crime. On a per-person basis, far beyond that of any other race in the USA. So the fact that they get into a disproportionate number of dust-ups with law enforcement is not surprising.
This article says he was unarmed and cops had guns drawn, not the perp/victim.
