What he chould have done:
1. Name and shame - or immediately terminate everyone responsible with the incident.
2. Say that this was done in error, that corporate policy is NO political or messaging attire anywhere. No Blue Lives Matter gear, but no Black Looters Marching gear either. No positional clothing of any kind should be allowed in a fair workplace.
3. Donate a bunch of corporate money to charities that help families of fallen officers *and* non-BLM-type foundations that press for professional and fair police conduct.
Never takes a vacation. Has donated his entire salary. Obama is scum. What prior former president would speak about sitting Potus in such a derogatory manner.

HR “field” managers with any large corporation can’t even go to the toilet without approval from HQ. I am certain that was approved on more than one level. If not, they have some serious problems there. It’s either poor controls or “systemic leftism”.

Sounds like the top Good Year CEO grew a pair and reversed their terrible Woke BS.
I could just see President Trump and VP Pence with a real road race crew and in living racing colors removing the Goodyear tires on their limos and installing pro Trump Tires.
Then, they would drive their limos with new American tires around the race track with Trump/Pence 2020 signs on each limo.
They could have scheduled that event to coincide with Joe Bidementia’s acceptance slumber.

I love Goodyear’s explanation: Goodyear didn’t make that slide; it was made by a person who worked at our plant. What? Does Goodyear not take responsibility for what employees do at their facilities? If they are ashamed of an employee saying America should be great again, then I can take them off my list.

Goodyear has backed off. They never approved the message at corporate, so this was a great way to start a backing off of politics by a whole lot of corporations.
This was well done; but don't believe the BLM support was all approved of beforehand.

They need to give a $10Million donation to police charities for fallen officers. Then we may consider their apology.
This should be fun workplace for awhile. BLM people don’t like “All Lives Matter” or “Blue Lives Matter”. It’s their slogan and they get po’d if it’s stolen. Just ask my friend whose granddaughter married a black man. Friend innocently posted “All Lives Matter’ on her facebook page, granddaughter went ballistic - apparently All Lives Matter is an insult to black people.
