What he chould have done:
1. Name and shame - or immediately terminate everyone responsible with the incident.
2. Say that this was done in error, that corporate policy is NO political or messaging attire anywhere. No Blue Lives Matter gear, but no Black Looters Marching gear either. No positional clothing of any kind should be allowed in a fair workplace.
3. Donate a bunch of corporate money to charities that help families of fallen officers *and* non-BLM-type foundations that press for professional and fair police conduct.
