WTH? How did other Mark Levine's top The Great one in a Google search?

Then The Great One shows up 3rd?

Those other guys are virtual nobody's in the world or on the Internet and could never generate enough traffic to warrant their positions in a search result.

I typed the mispelled version Mark Levine into duckduckgo and it brought up Mark Levin including his home page, and his wikipedia page with various leftist attacks on him. But at least his home page is the top hit.
