They just spent a huge amount of time and money to crank out talking points for each of the (living) people they thought Trump would pardon. Panicked newsrooms and operatives desperately creating masses of propaganda in the hopes of using it this morning, covering all the potential bases.
All of it completely wasted now.

As one standup comic put it, when women won the right to vote, only men were allowed to vote on the amendment. How the hell did we lose that one!? I want names! LOL. Gonna have to remember this one...

I guess he thinks he is pandering for the female vote with this pardon of a dead person. Kind of silly and I am not sure it will get him any new votes. He'd have gotten more votes pardoning Flynn, Assange, or Snowden.
An innocent man was nearly beaten to death in Portland over the weekend and the president pardons Susan B. Anthony. These are the actions of a man who is not taking his re-election seriously and who is taking his base for granted.

I think it will give him a few new votes. Karen needs all the excuses she can get to change her vote.
He might lose a few votes too. When the women finally got to vote what was the first thing they did? They voted in Prohibition! for more than ten years.

What a way to take attention away from the unintentionally comedic disaster of yesterday's DNC infomercial.
I really wish he'd get serious about his re-election.
I guess doing campaign stops in swing states during the opposition's convention week is no biggie...did you even hear him yesterday on the trail???

Let em ponder......why didnt Obama do it? (snx) Exactly.
The more they ponder the more likely they will be to ask themselves, "Hell, why didn't Clinton or Obama do it during the 16 years I put them in office????"

Maybe the men voting didn’t fancy sleeping on the horsehair divan in the parlor from then on?

And handed Nancy Pelosi ammo to resurrect that stupid Culture Of Corruption meme. How did that work out the last time she used it? I seem to remember we lost the House, lost the Senate and lost the White House.
Why do you think this is a good idea?

I’m shocked at how many Grumpies we have on FR.
I think POTUS’ attention to detail is admirable. And smart.

Well, he can use this against the Dems. No other President even thought of this. It takes the wind out of the Dems mantra that he is against women.
Once again he is playing 4 dimension chess while the Dems are playing TDS.

My daughter works for the Susan B. Anthony list. She was pro-life, so someone like Obama would not pardon her.
