Fraud, chaos, the end of the Republic? Election chaos. Thats the latest thing to fear this week. Trump apparently wants us to fear an inaccurate and fraudulent election, because so many ballots will be mailed in. His opponents apparently want you to fear that the fear hes ginning up will somehow empower him to reject the election results. And it seems that the media want you to fear an untraditional Election Night and that the counting of mail-in ballots will cause delays, with opportunistic charges and counter-charges of stolen and fraudulent results. Maybe a full-on Al Gore style in conceding could occur.
Ben Smith reports that John Podesta, the former Hillary Clinton campaign manager and blood-drinking cultist I believe the Internet! participated in a recent election war game in which he, playing Joe Biden, stole some Electoral College votes and depended on the threat of West Coast secession to gain the presidential office he had no legal right to occupy. Hey, maybe the Dems will steal this thing after all! We should fear the process, fear the institutional breakdown, and fear the lack of trust.
Some of these scenarios concern me. But I cant help but think that all of this is misplaced dread of the election itself.
Heres what to expect on Election Night: A nation that has grown tired, anxious, and worn out from its own political divisions over the past 20 years, one that is haunted by a fear that its institutions are fundamentally broken and unable to handle geopolitical challenges ahead, will elect a very old man who inspires little more than a sigh of relief that the other very old man didnt win.
Sure, partisans will try to impose on this event some massive epoch-shaping meaning to it all. If Trump

Key Democrats war-gaming a scenario if Trump wins, including secession of western states, possible civil war
|August 7, 2020
WFB would have bopped the author in the nose for that sleazy piece of treason.
The Republic ended on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when both parties abrogated the Constitution by swearing in an ineligible usurper.
If Trump loses, we have no hope at a restoration.
The author misses that Trump will have bucked elitist RINOs and Globalist if he wins again.
Reshaping the Party is no small thing.
On the other hand Democrats havent dealt with their infighting.
If Trump wins they will be further split Into 2 separate piles of garbage.
What does WFB stand for?
Sorry, showing my age.
William F. Buckley.
Partisan Media Shills update.
If Trump wins and the 3 Western coastal states want to secede there will be no civil war because we will encourage them to do so and get rid of this cancer infecting the rest of the country.
Age has nothing to do with it. I knew him, though not personally, and admired him greatly. It’s just that WFB could be something other than what you intended. 8>)
That would be a mostly positive development, even given that those states have a lot of important tech companies. Think about it: no more Hollywood, San Fran, Portland or Seattle.
The Republican electorate is almost universally behind Trump. The Bush League and globalist Repukes may run the RNC, but their days of winning a majority of GOP voters is gone for good!
No worries. Trump will win 40-45 states. Mark
It down. Demoncats are insane
An earlier thread posted about an autistic guy’s prediction that in early September there will be a 9.0 earthquake along the San Andreas in California.
If that happens, those 3 coastal states (which includes mine) might well secede—straight into the Pacific!!
You forgot to mention New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, Fairfax county (VA), Chicago, and D.C.

Anyone who is not prepped by then is out of luck.
I think all hell is going to break loose.
Maybe that day, but certainly starting the day after.
WFB was once a BFD.
