This is my argument to blacks why reparations won’t work. If we paid them all $1,000,000 in 6 months gasoline would cost $1000.00 a gallon and they’d be no better off.
At this point, the current $24 Trillion in debt and un funded liabilities has sealed our fate, no way EVER to pay it off or pay it down without the upcoming “ reset”. Spend ( save) it wisely....gold and silver purchase would be very, very wise ....just ask the people of Argentina, Brazil, Russia, Venezuela, and many other nations that experienced a currency crisis. Remember one fact: Paper money is for “ paying and playing, gold is for preservation of wealth”....gold has appreciated 800 plus percent ( silver even higher) against the USD since the year of 2001.

Possibly more basic than “who will pay for this” is the question of what will fund these checks? The President of the United States is not allowed to spend money that has not been appropriated by the legislative action of both houses of Congress.
In order for President Trump to stay out of hot water, he has to tap existing sources of funds. Notice how much flack he took for redirecting funds to build the wall.
Unconstitutional. Al appropriations originate in the HOR. He needs to reconvene congress to get this done. If they refuse, then arrest the speaker and McConnell. This would be legal since they are not in session.
