BTW. One of thee best places in this country IMO.

They have a “we can do” attitude.

Unfortunately, the political climate that has persisted has made any objective discussion about this drug impossible, and we are deeply saddened by this turn of events.

I am getting my own version of “woke”...and I am getting angry.

<>"The overarching theme in our paper is that a safe dosage and early utilization of hydroxychloroquine reduced mortality in hospitalized patients. Similar published large cohort studies support our findings from New York City and France "<>

This is the money quote.

“HCQ in the treatment against Covid.”

“treatment”
“treatment”

There will never be a completely successful vaccine against this virus.

It is a virus and it mutates.

So that leaves-TREATMENT!!!!

From their letter:

“Unfortunately, the political climate that has persisted has made any objective discussion about this drug impossible, and we are deeply saddened by this turn of events. Our goal as scientists has solely been to report validated findings and allow the science to speak for itself, regardless of political considerations.”

Another example - along with climate science, professional sports, education, and a host of other things - of how politics, particularly leftwing advocacy politics ruins everything.

Basically they said that they would make no further public comment on HCQ, but will stand on their earlier study that found it effective in significantly reducing mortality, either alone or in combination with arizromyathine (sp?).

They mentioned that it is not unusual for tests to arrive at different results with different populations and different test protocols, and expressed disappointment that the drug has become embroiled in such political controversy, which they think poses a danger to genuine, unbiased research.

Our goal as scientists has solely been to report validated findings and allow the science to speak for itself, regardless of political considerations. To that end, we have made the heartfelt decision to have no further comment about this outside the medical community – staying focused on our core mission in the interest of our patients, our community, and our commitment to clinical and academic integrity.

The left wins. A valuable therapy has been quasi banned and yet another organization that had compelling evidence that it was safe and effective has been silenced.

Let me tell you about Henry Ford Medical.

Wife, when she was a youngster, broke her leg. They left it heal without setting it-overlapped, femur. So the leg was abt a inch and a half shorter than her other leg.

For years she walked on that short leg and it caused her hip joint to go out. We went to Mao, to Marshfield Clinic in WI, to every specialty clinic we could find-even here in AZ to a specialist who did surgeries for MLB players.

Not ONE would touch it. The bone was twisted as well as deformed. One told her that soon she would have to walk with a walker, and then be in a wheelchair.

My sister in law got her into Henry Ford to see a specialist there. The guy did all the x-rays and all that and the next day after the prelims, he said we can fix that. But it will be risky and you need to understand no more running and jumping and things like that-swimming, walking and things like that will be advised. But, there is no alternative..like the rest said, she will become wheelchair bound.

She had the joint replaced by him at Henry Ford and today she works, walks, shops, swims and does everything anyone with a hip replacement can do. The surgery was published and still is discussed at major medical institution that specialize in joint replacement.

He had to cut off a short piece of the stem to make it fit into the bone. She has full range of motion on that leg and it is as normal as it could be.

He and the hospital has the “we can do” attitude. “You fight alongside with us and we will fight for you”

We have the pictures of the surgery and the x-rays..but you know. The wife wouldnt really care to have it shown to the world on the internet. I actually ask them to take pictures and use them if they needed and I wanted a copy of those pics. They did exactly that. The most forward friendly doctor and medical staff I have ever had contact with.

They AGAIN forgot the ZINC.

The “good” results could be those that had decent zinc levels to actually kill the virus, the “bad” results - those with low zinc.

I went to the actual study. No mention of zinc. What works? HCQ and zinc. $20.00.

~ 40 Docs on White House lawn - HCQ + Zinc.

Doc: “These people did not have to die”.

Coverage - Zip.

Zelenko with 600 CV-19 positive patients 1 death, all others recovered within days - Jeez.

Sorry no info on antibodies because there’s no studies on Zinc with HCQ.

Our economy destroyed while Hillary’s devotee Fauci works on an expensive vaccine and Biden’s election.

When going to malaria-burdened areas you take a single HCQ pill twice in the two weeks pre-departure. Then once a week in country.

Throw in a zinc vitamin supplement and all could go back to “normal”. Here in the USA. Completely safe. IMHO. Sigh.

Sometimes it takes a clever wordsmith to effectively present fact and truth, concisely, in anticipation of adversarial (lying) dissenters. The concluding statement does that.

Hurrah!

I wonder how many people have and will needlessly die because this treatment is not being made available in the USA?

What do these people know? Are they doctors? They need to follow the science.

My relative was on day 10 of having all the COVID-19 symptoms and 6 days after a positive COVID test when she started on the hydroxychoroquine protocol plus a steroid nebulizer. Within a week she felt back to normal and exactly one month after it started she tested negative for COVID-19. So sometimes it works even if the illness is advanced. Her only after affects are that so far she has not regained her sense of smell or taste.

Her doctor had to go through a lot of red tape to find a pharmacy that would supply it and he even risked that he might be censured by the state medical board for doing it. We need more courageous doctors like him.
