Gotta skip the toast and stay from milk.
Have real cream in your coffee....if creamer is your bag.
Hot coffee makes more salsa burn.

The right way to take bitter melon is with a special mustard sauce available in certain Asian stores. Otherwise yes, quite nasty. But when has anything good for you ever tasted nice ?
