WASHINGTON – Former Vice President Joe Biden has chosen Sen. Kamala Harris of California to join him on the Democratic ticket, fulfilling his pledge to select a female running mate and making Harris the first Black person ever tapped as the vice presidential nominee of a major party.

She is NOT an Article II natural Born Citizen, as the 12th amendment of the constitution requires of a vice president.
Wong Kim Ark was the subject of an 1898 SCOTUS ruling involving citizenship. The court held that Wong Kim Ark was a CITIZEN (not a natural born one) by virtue of the 14th amendment, noting that his Chinese citizen parents were lawfully resident within the US at the time of his birth, and completely self supporting.
The 14th amendment was ratified in 1868. It did not exist at the time that Article II was ratified in 1787. The 14th amendment does NOT refer to, or alter the meaning of Article II in ANY way, whatever one thinks that the framers meant for Article II to accomplish.
Harris’s birth status is identical to Wong Kim Ark. She was born in CA to two lawfully resident non citizen parents. She is NOT an Article II eligible Natural Born Citizen. She is a citizen at birth by virtue of the 14th amendment. I believe that Indian and Jamaican law make her a citizen of their countries too, as does US law under the Immigration and Naturalization Act which makes a person born to ANY US citizen ANYWHERE in the world a US citizen too.
Our overlords have decided that this is not an issue worth examining by adjudication. Constitutionalists know that the NBC requirement is designed to protect the office of POTUS from undue foreign influence, and it is worth observing, especially against an Anti-American opportunist like Harris.

If that succession had been applied when 0 was elected, then we’d have had VP hidin Biden as POTUS way earlier.
As it is now, kamel toe isn’t eligible to be VP either.

In order to appeal to disaffected black voters who might lean toward protest voting (Kanye) or not voting (2016), Democrats ingeniously picked the one black candidate whose parents are not from America, whose ancestors had slaves, and who spent her career locking up black men.
Let’s not forget that a big reason Trump won in 2016 is that he did so well with Christians and in the Midwest. He has Pence to thank for that on both counts.

I’m really tired of all the people on FR (I don’t mean you, particularly) who are quick to be what they think is ‘smart and sharp’ with their snide comments about ‘Amish’, or, ‘Do I have to Look?’. They seem to believe that they are very clever, and gettng over by making points playing to what they assume is ‘the crowd’.
But most of them do nothing to champion the good, intelligent and right-minded Black people who are doing their best, against great odds, to fight against the destruction that democrat policies, and so-called ‘liberalism’, have done to their families, neighborhoods and culture.
I’m not really concerned about ‘Republican’.
I’m concerned with fidelity to the spirit, ideals and principles of the Constitution.
Right now, we have a President who seems to share that concern - and we have many politicians - including a lot of ‘republicans’ - who haven’t exactly appeared to do so in a wholehearted way, for quite a while.
What do you think will ‘Work’ to change minds, if individuals waking up and encouraging their fellows - (whom they understand far better than I, or I suspect YOU can) - WON’T work?

It's not like the MSM can declare she doesn't have the bona fides to speak about it.
It will be female VP candidate to female VP candidate. Governor to Senator. Maverick to maverick, even. They can't hide behind the usual disqualifications for speaking out.
Besides, she has plenty of time on her hands now.

Give her credit - she went on to win her election the good ol' Democrat way:
