Not in terms of Presidential eligibility at SCOTUS. SCOTUS has acknowledged the definition known to the framers and founders in other (non Presidential) cases....and she is not eligible. However, they haven't decided a case specifically on the question of POTUS (or VP) eligibility.
Additionally, the states electors vote once for President and once for Vice President. [1]
The courts would be inundated with lawsuits if a majority of states EC votes went to a not eligible vice president.

When both he and Marco Rubio were candidates for the Republican POTUS nomination, Trump warned Republicans against embracing Marco Rubio, because to do so would be to invite litigation by Democrats challenging his POTUS eligibilty.
Rubio’s non-citizen parents, like Wong Kim Ark’s non-citizen parents, were permanently domiciled in the U.S. when he was born and eventually became U.S. citizens. Harris’ non-citizen parents were here only temporarily on respective student visas when she was born and never became U.S. citizens.
Harris will need to be certified by the Democrat Party to the Secretary of State of the several states as a natural born Citizen for purposes of her name being included on their respective federal election ballots. These certifications will begin to flow within a couple of weeks. At that point Trump will certainly have standing and should immediately sue Harris, the Democrat Party, and all the offending Secretaries of State in federal district court demanding, among other things, a temporary injunction preventing her inclusion on any state ballot anywhere.
Trump might even have standing to sue those parties right now.
Damn. Now they have California all locked up..

Fact is, folks is that Democrat, POTUS, Candidate, Joe Biden really had no one of decent status or POTUS capabilities or management experience. once the fool Biden locked himself into the corner, limiting his choices...his goose was cooked.
There is nothing wrong with choosing a woman of color for a VP, etc., but...it was foolish for Biden to limit his scope and depth of choice. Sad to say...it was a dumb political move from the gitgo!!! Biden should have declared I will be choosing the best person for the job of VP, whether it be a woman or a man!!! Biden&Harris are both toast....this POTUS gig is over!!! Trump in a landslide victory!!! Case Closed!!!
