Attorney General William Barr may have had secret information that led the Justice Department to seek to drop its criminal case against Michael Flynn, a government lawyer said Tuesday.
"I just wanted to make clear that it may be possible that the attorney general had before him information that he was not able to share with the court," Wall said, "and so what we put in front of the court were the reasons that we could, but it may not be the whole picture available to the executive branch."

Headline implies it was a conspiracy, obvious implication it came from the White House. Content says he had info from other related cases that drove his decision, implication it was exculpatory. The media is just shamless.
We already know the reason. There was a cabal at the highest levels of the FBI, DOJ, intel community, and Obama administration that wanted him removed. They conspired to achieve the result (removal/guilt) by bending and breaking the law themselves. If an investigator hides exculpatory information that is effectively what they are doing - they are depriving the accused of their constitutional rights.
Justice demands that DOJ comes clean about what happened here immediately. How/why would they tell the court this? Trust us, there is more, but we will not reveal it now (if ever).
It’s so secret even the government lawyer making the accusation doesn’t know.
So to quote what was actually said, “Maybe Bare knew something else that he didn’t tell me” so obviously what Barr did was illegal and politically tainted!
I’m more upset hearing Bilbo BPipes on the radio from last weekend saying he was appalled at all the lawlesslness and rioting.
The only time I want to ever hear him use that word again:
“I’m appalled at the amount of time it took to bring our domestic enemies to justice.”

You would think a cabal, plotting against Flynn with felony leaks to newspapers, opening up an investigation on KNOWN bad data, setting him up with an entrapment meeting and then lying in the official charges by accusing him of discussing sanctions when the FBI 302 EXPLICITLY show he never did, and then openly discussing among themselves “What’s our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”
You would think all of that would be enough to drop the charges.

OMG, if you read to the end of the article, sounds like the libs on the DC circuit were quizzing Powell about Sullivan...

IMHO, when the DOJ and Flynn legal teams reach an agreement to drop the case based upon newly produced exculpatory evidence that had been concealed for years by the government, the judge should become a rubber stamp!
