A Pennsylvania public school teacher has complained that at-home instruction would impinge on teachers’ abilities to “destabilize a kid’s racism or homophobia or transphobia” and host discussions about racism, sexuality, and gender.
The coronavirus-fueled transition to online learning has shifted the domain for pushing far-left propaganda on American students from classrooms to homes, and some teachers – specifically Matthew Kay of Philadelphia’s Science Leadership Academy – are frustrated the shift will complicate their ability to spew their radical beliefs.
Kay took to Twitter to explain how the prospect of parents listening to class discussion could “damage” conversations about race, gender, and sexuality, providing insight into the far-left indoctrination of American schoolchildren.
The public high school English teacher also worried that parents – especially conservative ones – could hinder his “work of destabilizing kids racism or homophobia or transphobia.”

Oh dear - parents may actually get to see what their children are being taught in public schools.
All kids are naturally racist, homophobic, and transphobic until corrected using a series of conditioning techniques by leftist teachers, sometimes requiring drug prescriptions.
Beyond that, parents might try to influence what their children are being taught. The horror.... The mask is off. Teachers are actively submitting America’s children to their sick propaganda. What chance do these kids have?
This touches on why the left wants schools open. It’s screwing up the indoctrination.
Public School teachers (unions) want to have it both ways.
Don’t want schools open (but still be paid) and don’t want homeschooling.

Children are basically little savages and must be taught to be civilized. Unfortunately, todays school culture teaches the wrong things.

All parents should know what teachers are teaching.
I ask my kids everyday what they ‘learned’ and talked about.
The only kind of education they really care about is political indoctrination.

Even parents who nominally agree with their politics, because they think they have a right to protect their children.
After all this de facto home schooling, the public schools can never go back to what they were.
...and neither do the people and administrations responsible for allowing it to be taught. Teachers would be a misuse of the word to include it herein.
