Democratic leaders on Sunday roundly condemned President Trump’s set of executive orders bypassing Congress on coronavirus relief.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi began a “Fox News Sunday” interview by saying she agreed with Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska that Trump's actions were “unconstitutional slop.”
Pelosi said the “kindest thing I could say” after looking at Trump’s executive orders was that he “doesn’t know what he's talking about.”
“Either the president doesn’t know what he’s talking about ... or something’s very wrong here," she reiterated during an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union.” In that interview, she called his actions “absurdly unconstitutional.”
The interviews came shortly before the U.S. reached 5 million confirmed coronavirus cases, according to tracking data from Johns Hopkins University. The university reported U.S. deaths at more than 162,000, and millions have been left unemployed with weak job prospects in the immediate future.

I understand that Congress delegated a certain amount of administrative leeway to the President to do some of these things in the case of an emergency. Temporarily cutting payroll taxes included. So, I’m not entirely sure it’s all unconstitutional inasmuch as there was a specific and limited delegation of powers from Congress to the President in the enabling legislation. I could be wrong.

The dems have their pants down. Oppose this due to TDS and then you are opposing relief that YOU wont grant.
Support it and undo almost 4 years of anti-Trump Orange Man Bad rhetoric.
No matter what happens after this in Congress, Trump can and will take credit for it for forcing them back to the table to get a deal in place.
On accident or on purpose it is a masterstroke.
Dems are ticked off because the relief is comign right before the next election- and folks will appreciate his boldness and fight, and are m ore l ikely to vote for him as they have just witnessed the dems trying to prevent Donald from giving folks soem much needed relief during this forced shutdown of their lives by liberal governors
