In a move that illustrates new levels of boldness, Russian fighters have seized one of the largest oil fields in Libya. The Es Sider oil field was one of the main economic pipelines for the Government of National Accord. Over the last seven months, the Libyan National Army (LNA) has held a stranglehold on oil exports. The LNA, led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, has struggled militarily as of late, suffering defeat after defeat since June. Now the LNA is looking to negotiate using the oil fields for leverage, effectively keeping the economy hostage. Libyan oil exports have been reduced to around a tenth of their original production.
Over the last month, Haftars allies have taken further steps to save their investment from failure. Egypts parliament approved the deployment of troops into eastern Libya, making Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisis threat of violence all the more real. Egypts involvement is political; it holds a deep resentment toward the GNAs Muslim Brotherhood roots. Russia, on the other hand, is looking for influence and oil. Russias increasing involvement in Libya complicates a wide variety of conflicts. Turkey is the primary backer of the GNA. Russia sells arms to Turkey and is already supporting the Syrian government, which has regularly been at odds with Turkey over Northern Syria. Russias support of the LNA puts them in direct conflict with Turkey on another front.

[And this is war IN Libya, not libya attacking others]
Agreed. Ezekiel 38 is not happening yet.
And Germany, now being dependent on Russian gas, keeps Europe from responding.
+1 Million!
Russia is thinking they can take advantage of this situation to enrich themselves.
They are in for a major surprise.
Iran, Turkey, Libya and Sudan are ramping up.
Amir even said that Turkey is looking to occupy Suakin Island to further threaten Israel and SA.
It’s ramping up!
LOL!
I’ve also heard it’s “Germany” as well. O - KAY..
Ever notice the the Ezekiel 38 nations don’t border Israel?
Correct!
Many theories on that, but notice how Syria and now Lebanon are effectively not even nations or failed nations at this point.
Egypt is allied with Israel to a certain degree. They just did a joint raid on ISIS in Gaza last week.
And Jordan isn’t hostile with Israel either.
Dr. Ed Hindson (whom I respect) teaches that Germany is “Gomer” and that Turkey is “House of Togarmah”.
Well, the world is gonna find out for certain, one day.
I’m not 100% sold on any of the theories because a lot of good people have put forth many good studies out there.
I do find it hard to believe Germany could be Gomer simply because Ancient Germania probably wasn’t even a known nation to the ME peoples back in Ezekiel’s time.
Gomer is said to have gone to war with Assyria at some point also.
Like you said, we’ll find out one day.
It’s the region (from back when) - I trust Dr. Ed a lot.
He definitely knows his stuff. But, time will tell.
No, ook at the Biblical history —Gog’s allies, Meshech and Tubal were 7th-century BC kingdoms in central Anatolia north of Israel, This is all around what is Anatolia.
Those nations already participated in the Babylonian capture of Jerusalem.
Those nations (with the exception of Persia) no longer exist.
Ezekiel wrote at the point of the Babylonian exile.
Ezekiel wrote of a country attacking Israel when it gets back to it’s land.
He was writing of some point after 500 BC.
All the OT prophecies were fulfilled with the advent of the Lord, God, Jesus Christ
The blind remain blind.
Just as prophesied.
That’s right!
Let em’ reap what they sow!
Well we tried
