My enduring memories of the pandemic in 2020 will be centered around one thing: masks. They have been central to my work over the past five months - but I never expected that I would become a target for internet trolls after proving how safe it is to wear a mask.
I am a doctor working in the intensive care at Bradford Royal Infirmary, England so in the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak...

Well now if you have a legit reason to not wear one all you have to do is tell the employee/owner of the place you are in about it and they Cannot kick you out or force you to wear one.
I didn’t know being fat would come in handy one day :)
This guy is most likely a Liberal IDIOT!!!
Face Masks Pose Serious Risks To The Healthy
That’s because it is. I don’t have severe heart problems. I am not obese. I sweat like a pig in a mask as my worst issue with it. But honestly, just because I handle them well doesn’t mean someone has severe health issues from getting drenched in their own sweat, or doesn’t have problems breathing with one on. Similar with many other aspects of my life. I only had one girlfriend in my life right now who is my wife, but I know and understand full well that I am an exception in that case, and not the rule. As for running, I could probably do a similar amount as he does, but again, not everyone is like me.
They can, however, ask you to leave, and if you don’t, they can call the cops on you for trespassing.
Blaylock is viewed as a quack by many people.
Notwithstanding, what passes off as mask rules would be unacceptable in my workplace for respiratory hazards, and yes, you needed to wear a real respirator with goggles tightly over your eyes.
Aw man, I love Grey’s Anatomy! Not./s
Have you tried Picard? Just saw one episode but it seemed pretty good.
LOL! You’re not fat. Just very healthy!
As am I. Gotta belly that just won’t quit. :(
I honestly wouldn't recommend running in a mask - it's just not that pleasant, and in the UK at least isn't a requirement (I don't think COVID-19 transmits so well outdoors).
My aim was really to show that it's safe to use round the shops given that I could run in it!— Tom Lawton (@LawtonTri) July 25, 2020
I might. I was satisfied with the story of Picard at the end of Nemesis though.
Thank you then
my mask protects you, your mask protects meFollowing that logic your mask offers no protection for yourself...
BTW, Doctor(?) the reason your oxygen level is high is because your mask leaks.
A (real?) doctor with no understanding of logic.
The problem with his logic is that he’s a trained athlete as it is. Trains to do marathon distances. Also I would presume doesn’t have severe issues, but I think the idea is that having one in lesser exertions would be safe.
Dont care...not wearing one...kma
Hmmm, I’m suspicious Dr. Triathlete couldn’t finish the marathon. Is that because he couldn’t breathe as well as normal through his mask? I mean, c’mon, if he bragged that he ran 25.9 miles with his mask on, it’d be kind of obvious, wouldn’t it?
The athletic narcissist gets his me moment. How nice.
