Redistricting occurs at both the state level for state legislature seats and the federal level for U.S. House districts, known as congressional apportionment. The order would affect the latter.
Trump's memorandum, sent out by the White House Press Office on Tuesday, reads, "I have accordingly determined that respect for the law and protection of the integrity of the democratic process warrant the exclusion of illegal aliens from the apportionment base, to the extent feasible and to the maximum extent of the President's discretion under the law."...... The president signed the order on Tuesday at 1:10 p.m. ET in the Oval Office.

YES!!
Good timing.
Question #1 on census form-—
How many people were living or staying in this house, apartment, or mobile home on April 1, 2020?
Here, you’ll count everyone living and sleeping in your home most of the time, including young children, roommates, and friends and family members who are living with you, even temporarily.
Why we ask this question: This helps us count the entire U.S. population and ensures that we count people where they live most of the time as of Census Day (April 1, 2020).
Question #2 on census form-
Were there any additional people staying here on April 1, 2020, that you did not include in Question 1?
Mark all that apply: Children, related or unrelated, such as newborn babies, grandchildren, or foster children; relatives, such as adult children, cousins, or in-laws; nonrelatives, such as roommates or live-in babysitters, and people staying here temporarily.
Why we ask this question: The goal of the 2020 Census is to count everyone just once and in the right place. We want to ensure that everyone in your home who should be counted is countedincluding newborns, roommates, and those who may be staying with you temporarily.
Liberal judge declaring it illegal in 3 . . . 2 . . . 1
Question #11 on census form-
Does this person usually live or stay somewhere else?
Mark all that apply: no; yes, for college; yes, for a military assignment; yes, for a job or business; yes, in a nursing home; yes, with a parent or other relative; yes, at a seasonal or second residence; yes, in a jail or prison; yes, for another reason.
Why we ask this question: This question helps ensure that the Census Bureau is counting everyone once, only once, and in the right place. If you have questions about whether or not to include someone, visit Who To Count.
I predict this will go down in flames fast. The constitution has never been amended from counting “persons” to counting citizens. The constitution is clear that these are not the same.
No question #13 on the census form asking if the person is here illegally, member of a drug gang, or just entered the USA on March 31, 2020 and plans to leave on April 2, 2020 because Soros bought him a ticket.
Praise God for PDJT! Prayers for him and our U.S. Constitution daily. In God we Trust.
God works through man. And we need to do our part too where ever we are and however we can.
Good.
Y E S!!!!
I’ll leave it to those who understand constitutional law regarding Trumps Ex. Order......while also understanding the Supremes decision on Daca appears to open broader authority for the President to take action.
I love it but the Dems are probably (fill in the blank) bricks.
Not sure they can now......Trump’s using the power given since his Daca win by the Supreme Court. Will have to see how this goes......
The apportionment is based on the census and the census did not have a question on immigration status. So how are they going to exclude them?
"Unfair!", the jackass party will snort! But totally fair since they refuse to count them any other way. I'd like to see California lose about 10 seats in congress because of this E.O. The Rust Belt will probably pick up most of them.
