NO illegals should be voting regardless of which side they’re on...None period!
A tourist is a person. A diplomat is a person. Should they be counted too? That amendment doesn't say they have to live in the state.
So will liberals actually complain about this? Will they argue that illegals SHOULD be counted?
This should have a;ways been the case. Only citizens and possibly permanent residents should count for census purposes.
I can totally see Gorsuch striking down saying that since it says persons, it means just that - given how he interpreted sex just last month.
They are already telling them over Spanish-language radio to respond to the census and make sure they are counted. It’s all over the Austin, TX Spanish-language radio stations. I tell everyone here what they’re doing and no one seems to even care.
