The Trump administration is attempting to block billions of dollars for contact tracing, additional testing and other coronavirus mitigation efforts that would potentially be included in Congress's next coronavirus relief package, officials involved in the negotiations told The Washington Post.
According to the Post's sources, the administration is also trying to block billions in funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that GOP senators want to give the agency as it continues to battle COVID-19 on the front lines.
The administration also wanted to take out billions of dollars that would go to the Pentagon and State Department to allow them to better combat the pandemic both domestically and internationally, the Post reports.
While the talks were fluid, the officials said, the administration’s stance perturbed some GOP senators, who want the money to stay in the bill.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) signaled this week that Senate Republicans' version of a new COVID-19 relief package could be unveiled this coming week, as both the Senate and the House return to session.

No wonder the President wants the money cut, they screwd America on the legitimate , effective use of Hydroxy Chloriqune as early therapy with Zinc and Azithromycin, and with Zinc as prophylaxis.( Dr. Zelenko Protocol) IN doing so they have prolonged the pandemic, and caused thousands of unecessary deaths.

Well, that so called doctor, Dr. Foul-chey that Trump has up there with him was in the bunch that had a practice exercise back in 2019 concerning a PLANNED-DEMIC hitting the world, along with a bunch of the WHO mob. Funny they had a planned exercise concerning exactly what hit us, and WHO and Foul-chey worked with the Commie Chinese mob. So, yeah, they will have a very hard time getting to believe something else.

It's NOT our responsibility to *combat the pandemic .... internationally*.
If other countries want to battle it, let them pay for it themselves.
If they don't, prohibit all travel to and from those countries, even if they fly to a safe country to bypass the restriction.
If you have had a presence in a banned country within the last (fill in the blank) there's no getting in the US, period.
I agree 100%. One thing Trump wants to do and has been able to start, is pare down fed agencies, get rid of fraud, waste and abuse, cut foreign aid tremendously - much of which goes to countries who hate the US and much of which is outright stolen by elites or given to Soros NGOs. Trump wants to eliminate some agencies, have others merge, cut staff and junk things that they do, etc.
It will be pedal to the metal in his second term.

I have full faith that Trump’s aims and plans are excellent, and that he will do his very best to implement them. His first term has been beset with so much opposition, embedded creeps and vermin in fedgov agencies, demshevik mayors and governors trying to destroy the country, the enemdia doing the same, rogue judges etc that he has had so expend time and energy dealing with all that.
Pretty exciting, it’s not just a regular election, it’s a fight between good and evil.
And thus it needs MUCH prayer.
But I am not taking anything for granted and I am doing whatever prepping I can.
