I am struck by his casual statement that the democrats will need to unite their far left base and moderates.... Name one thing Biden has done or said that appeals to moderates?
Seriously? Biden essentially adopted the Bernie Sanders economic plan and the Green New Deal. Moderates reject both. Moderates want law and order. Biden is promising chaos. Moderates want immigration control. Biden is promising open borders and welfare for all.
From where I am sitting it appears that wedding moderates to this extreme agenda is a pipe dream. Obama would not get the support of the far left today. They have gone that far that fast.....

Maybe once and for all that low-life will slug(Sessions) his way back to Alabama and retire. For all the Session supporters—Tell Jeff that he NEVER turns like he did against Trump.
Now Sessions can go do something that doesn’t involve betrayal, like say, shuffleboard.
It may be a win for Trump but likely is a loss for Trumpism.
Whatever his faults as AG, Sessions would likely be the more Trumpian senator (he was the first office holder to support Trump, and did so strongly and clearly). Tuberville’s history is a lot less less clear.
If (when?) we get amnesty it is probable that Tuberville will be one of the Yes votes.
