Former U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions attacked his July 14 GOP runoff opponent for being wrong on immigration, an issue that he calls one of the most important issues Congress is faced with as it wrangles with other concerns such as the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and police reform.
(Im not saying) that its No. 1, but its right up there, said Sessions during a news conference Monday in Mobile. We have 11 million people here unlawfully. In some years, weve had 11 million people arrested at the (U.S.-Mexico) border. If we do this right, the number of attempts for entering illegally will plummet.

Trump likes people who haven’t stabbed him in the back.
Sessions did so repeatedly.
ok, since you’re posting me, i’ll answer you. maybe we can agree that personality and judgment wise they obviously weren’t a fit. first, i agree morally and judgment wise under the existing law on recusal with Jeff. the president didn’t accept Jeff’s offer to resign at the time, i don’t know why, but i can guess. also Trump doesn’t like or relate well to social conservatives when he want’s to compromise. it’s also clear that he prefers yes men like bushites ryan, bolton and tuberville (until they turn around and stab you in the back).
anyway, we aren’t going to agree on Jeff. i’ve known and studied and supported him for years. imo, he’s a Godly man and a statesman. he’s the reason i supported Trump in 2016 early. so i’m gonna stick with him as long as he wants to serve. and none of the unproven character assassinations posters here move me at all.
Jeff still supports the president and more importantly his original 2016 agenda (which he authored a big part of), despite all the vitriol. imo, Jeff will continue to support Trump the candidate’s promises better than the President deserves and certainly better than tuberville lipservice, especially given his bad and bullying treatment of him.
Were trading a proven border control guy for someone softer
Yeah, that’s what I thought.
No we’re trading a proven traitor for a patriot.
I don’t relish the choice. I don’t particularly like Tuberville, even though I am an Auburn fan. In my mind, he is the lesser of two evils. What Sessions did as AG was unforgivable. Given all the bad blood between them, he will bite Trump on the a$$ again. I like him better retired in Mobile.
Tubs will bite American workers on the a$$ with foreign workers.
How anyone can possible vote for such a deep stater as Sessions is beyond me. Does anyone really think he would have survived Washington if he truly wanted change? If he was truly conservative? He’s a swamp creature through and through...he’s the actor who pretends to be conservative so they can keep their kabuki theatre going.

Tubs hasnt cast one one, yet many of you already know how he will vote.
I know another first time politician who many here felt the same way about.
Donald J Trump.
At least that is what Sessions globalist Swamp buddies want us to think. Sessions is a known quantity proven bad. I’ll take my chances with Tubby.
Maybe, but the point is to stop Sessions NOW. Don't reward this guy for his screwing President Trump. Throw Tuberville out in the next election.
Mueller’s appointment was accepted by Trump and his advisers.
Rosenstein submitted his resignation to Trump and he refused it.
Sessions had nothing to do, by requirement of recusal with either of them.
Further more, Sessions has had every justification to attack the president, to write a book, come out against him and he hasn’t said a word against Trump.
Sessions has given no reason for the President to attack him personally. He was doing his job effectively, certainly better than his successor Bar has done since, imo.
you got no evidence what—so—ever to back up your assumptions about Jeff. and with that i’m done.
[Tubs, 3:30:] “we have 400,000 people in India, 400,000 that are educated, well trained, that want to come here, they want to be Americans, that want to get into our system, that could help because they’re, they have skills [...] we need workers, there, there’s no doubt about that” - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=la4qIQftbNA

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like Sessions and Tuberville will probably make a better candidate, but still not a good one.

And you think Tubs alone can make that decision?
He cannot.
Straw man - he can support or oppose, and he's come down on the side of supporting foreign workers getting American's jobs.
Only racists are filthy Indian H1Bs. Americans are banned and barred from most STEM jobs due to extreme Indian racism. There are literally thousands of articles on this Indian racism. Im guessing you are a Dalit recruiter.
Since Indians have taken over Google, Microsoft and others, no Americans get hired. Only Indians. These Indian companies in Silicon Valley and other places only hire Indians. This has been proven by thousands of EEOC complaints and hundreds of lawsuits.
