More and more I feel like if Trump loses the investigation disappears. If he wins, Durham announces he was investigating Trump all along and drops an impeachment bomb so they can overturn the election. I trust nobody in DOJ and that includes Barr.
A punt would be seen as political to all but the hopelessly insane.
I hold out the slim hope that if the criminality of Obama and his cronies, along with their enablers and promoters in the Democrat party, can be fully exposed, we might be able to pull back from the brink. The odds are not good, given the cult of enablers that has been fostered by the mainstream media, but it’s still a shot.
It should have been obvious when it took him only two seconds to indict some low level GOP flunky for “threatening” pencil neck schitt.

Well, we lost two years up front with Jeff Sessions and the useless Huber. Followed by hand-sitting for another year. Then an investigation finally gets going in an election year, which will likely be dismissed or buried if the Democrats take over.
Meanwhile, low-hanging fruit like McCabe, Comey, and Strzok walk around in freedom.
I told FR that if this didn’t happen back in last Nov, it will probably never happen.
The irony may be that there is so much evidence that they keep uncovering and it goes so deep, that it keeps on requiring more time to follow-up on all of it. If the investigation goes beyond the election, and Biden is elected, then all investigations will be halted and all evidence sealed shut permanently and all of them will skate free. NO justice. Absolutely disgusting, yet so predictable! Wray will be pleased.

Durham can’t possibly wrap it up in that time frame. His job is not to write reports. His job is to investigate and indict if need be. What we are waiting for is simply the start of those indictments. In a just world he could be busy for years making more and more indictments.
It would be corrupt to not start to expose what happened to Trump before this election. The public has a right to know what the democrats did to Trump before the elections. They have the need to know how corrupt the democrats are. Otherwise they cannot make an informed decision.
The democrats have massive cheating planned for this election and if that allows them to steal the election then Durham will be out of a job before he gets to charge anyone.
I sure that is their plan. And Fox is more than willing to help the plan.

Mmmm, this could be a ploy to keep the deep state criminal cabal at bay so Durham doesn’t assume room temperature before he releases indictments. However, IF and or when he does, his life will likely still be in danger of being cut short, we all know how the deep state operates.
By the clearest logic, it is betrayal and deceit of the highest order when those agencies having compelling evidence of such corruption allow the actors to stand for election to government offices without pertinent disclosure to the taxpayers.

Here is the scenario: If Durham brings indictments before the election, the left will portray him and Barr as partisan hacks.
If Trump wins re-election and Durham brings indictments, the left will say Trump is consolidating power and become a dictator.
This will be spun either way.
We do not need Durham to win this re-election. We need unity and strength of will.
So, let’s find the “sources”, of course no positions or names given. The only useful quote the one from Durham’s spokesman below, also from the article. We have to keep in mind that FOX news is now CNN-lite. Durham never, ever says anything about what he’s doing until it’s hammer time. So the two options for this article are (a) bulls***, and (b) real leak/fake news to confuse ‘em.

Two sources familiar with Durham’s investigation told Fox News this week that Durham is working expeditiously to try to finish the probe by the end of summer, but that several lines of investigation are not yet complete.
“He believes it’s critical to do them,” one source said. “He is feeling more pressure to get this done and wrapped up.”
The source also told Fox News that Durham “does not want this to be viewed political,” and the closer it gets to November, Durham could “punt it to after the election.”
