Even in perfect conditions with teleprompters to read from, Joe Biden still forgets what he's talking about. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee is barely there.

Appearing virtually at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers' 2020 Virtual Political Conference on Wednesday, Biden appeared to be reading from a teleprompter when he repeatedly lost his train of thought.

Some people were apparently fans of House of Cards (never saw an episode but have seen these tiny little bits of it) - the video is something else - if you haven't watched the video - give it the time (less than 3 minutes to watch half) - I don't know if folks can still download videos from YT (a message I got the other day) but people should. Before this disappears. Yes it's been out there for years now but would not surprise me if it was removed.

but he says “we’re posed” - then tries to cover up that error, too

The teleprompter said "poised" but he read it as posed and then changed it to proposed thinking he was making a cool recovery. In all his recent speeches I have watched I see cliches and anecdotal war stories that come across pretty well (we only post the gaffes here). But as soon as he deviates from those, he funbles a lot. That's why he had to answer a press softball about coronavirus with how Trump is devisive (his memorized answer to a different question)
