Harvard University has announced it will implement online learning for all courses during the coming academic year, while tuition for the Ivy League school will remain about $50,000.
Up to 40 percent of undergraduate students will be cleared to live on campus this fall, including all incoming freshmen, according to a statement posted Monday on Harvards website. All Harvard seniors will be allowed to return to campus in the spring semester, with freshmen returning home. However, even those students who choose to live on campus will be required to take part in online instruction.

Make it $1,000,000. Doesn’t matter. I put Hahvad on par with Che University
Just rename it Patrice Lumumba University and get it over with.

Who teaches this class now that the old goat has returned to dirt?
Usually much better learning at your local
Community college. And a bit cheaper too.
That is one degree I wouldn’t want if they gave it to me. I wouldn’t want to be in their elitist club.

No offense but if I was a college student right now at Harvard I would leave for a year and do some coursework at a local state school and save money.
I read a few years ago that corporate employers do not value Harvard graduates most highly. They were most likely to hire graduates of Texas A&M.
Harvard University records unveiled Friday show the school engages in blatant, egregious racism in the name of diversity.

Scientific racism is another of Harvard’s legacies. In the 19th and 20th centuries, some Harvard professors proposed scientific theories they said proved the inherent inferiority of black people. Chief among them was Louis Agassiz, the geologist and zoologist often described as one of the “founding fathers” of American science.
“Harvard was directly complicit in slavery from the college’s earliest days,” Faust told the overflow crowd. “This history and its legacy have shaped our institution in ways we have yet to fully understand.

JUST IN: you can audit most of the courses you need for any Harvard undergrad for free online and not get yourself $50k in debt PER YEAR
they’re trying to convince everyone it’s “just as good”? It’s like Coke deciding to advertise Pepsi.
Before we all criticize Harvard, consider this. Maybe they use really expensive electrons in their wires.

Harvard going full University of Phoenix but still charging you Harvard prices is a student’s first lesson in brand exclusivity.

People have long debated whether Harvard is primarily selling education, connections or credentials.
Well, for now, theyre primarily selling credentials.
When they can offer 12 month online Masters Degrees like the other online colleges on the teevee, then they can state that they’re turning out the worlds next batch of whizkids, scientists and Hahvad politicians in just a year.
What an accomplishment and real competition on the Asian and East Asian stranglehold on STEM fields. /S
