I like the original version better but that is just my opinion
and the original was easier for me to sing along with.
And ridiculed by the American hating liberal media.
can someone tell me what the guy in black is doing
he doesnt appear to be singing..is he just making some kind of background noise
for example, around the 2.40 mark
wonder if he was making some kind of drum sound given the motions with his hands
FU media.
I ugly cried. Beautiful !
Sometimes, just sometimes, you CAN take perfect and make it much better. This arrangement and delivery is incredible.
The whole thing seems to be a Capello. That guy is making the drum sounds.
He doesn’t look black to me...
This is excellent! Thanks for posting.
IN black...but maybe his shirt isnt black...looked that way to me
Beating on the snares
PING! It really is fantastic. Beautifully put together with many unique American voices.
Am very thankful for getting to hear Greenwood perform this live at a Boy Scout jamboree a long time ago. It was *beautiful*.
I think he’s the producer...
Nope...I see the guy you are talking about...I don’t know what he’s doing...
Just fantastic!!!!
Bump!
I want an answer from someone.
Lee Greenwood put together a phenomenal version of his classic "God Bless The USA" and not ONCE have I seen presidential recognition of probably a more familiar set of lyrics throughout YOUNG America than the traditional National Anthem.
i think it must be this guy - Adam.

Adam’s snare drum gave me goosebumps, this version made me teary-eyed, I’m no American but this song felt so special. I can’t believe how passionate Americans are when it comes to celebrating freedom. I hope my people could learn from this love for their freedom and country
Trust me “E” even through my blurred vision it was excellent and for my money an improvement on the original, although I didn’t think anything could be.
For many years whenever the National Anthem played or was sung, a sense of pride and joy would well up in my body and I would visibly tremor as I sang along. These past few years have proved difficult for this old warrior to get emotional, other than anger, over most things.
Watching and listening to this new version brought back the emotion to include the goose bump trembling once again and I am so very grateful.
Thank you Mr. Greenwood and all who participated in the project.
