Any thoughts on how long Judge Sullivan is going to keep General Flynn in limbo.
Will it go to the full Appeals Court? or will he not make a decision until after the election?
A higher court ORDERED judge Sullivan to stop his silliness. And Judge Sullivan seems to be taking the attitude of “You’re not the boss of me.”
I’m really curious to see how long this takes to play out.
I imagine that Judge Sullivan is being coached to delay the next step so it can be timed for maximum damage to President Trump. That is the point of this whole game, so why rush?
I think “they” are trying to make Trump pardon Flynn before the election. Everything they do now is politically based.
Don’t know but at this point, Sullivan is looking very petty and mean. Having been ordered to drop the case, it’s unseemly for a judge to hold onto a defendant like this, as if the judge personally wants to punish the defendant. That’s just not supposed to be his role.
I read somewhere that the Black Hack in a Robe has 3 weeks(21 days)
to carry out the higher courts order. Unsure if it is accurate or not.
Sullivan could have and should have already dismissed Flynn’s case.
I’m guessing he is licking his wounds from being bit*h slapped by the
higher court and will wait until the last day to fulfill the order from the
Higher Court.
Regardless, it won’t be long before Flynn is a free man.

I believe Sullivan has every intention of sentencing Flynn closer to the election, forcing a Trump pardon.
He’s playing for time.
I suspect he’s reviewing his options to see what ELSE he can do to Flynn.
He should be removed from office.
I think the prosecutorial judicial dirtbag will stall for 21 days from the time the 3 judge panel appellate decision was handed down to see if he can get the entire appellate court to
reconsider it en banc and possibly overrule the decision to dismiss. The rules give 21 days for any judge on the appellate court to force an en banc review.
Thanks, that makes sense and thanks to the original poster because I’ve been wondering about this myself. Can Sullivan petition for an en banc review? Maybe not, since he hasn’t?
Until the election and if dems win, then he is back at it. If Trump wins, we pray, then he will retire without dropping the matter.
He’ll drag it out as long as he can, in an attempt to force Trump to pardon Flynn and giving the RATS a talking point for the election. Its all about taking down Trump.
In the past there might have been a real reporter or journalist getting in the judges face asking hardball questions about this case but no longer.
Judge Sullivan is irrelevant. His cause is lost. The question is moot
