I read somewhere that the Black Hack in a Robe has 3 weeks(21 days)
to carry out the higher courts order. Unsure if it is accurate or not.
Sullivan could have and should have already dismissed Flynn’s case.
I’m guessing he is licking his wounds from being bit*h slapped by the
higher court and will wait until the last day to fulfill the order from the
Higher Court.
Regardless, it won’t be long before Flynn is a free man.

I would not be terribly surprised if Sullivan one morning, perhaps at the end of that three weeks, goes ahead and sentences Flynn to the maximum. What can anyone actually do to him? Flynn would, of course, be freed on appeal but it would stretch out the drama a bit longer.
