Coming soon to a home near you. A Missouri mob of looters/protestors was very lucky not to be legally shot as a well-armed couple defend their home from the mob that broke through their perimeter gate. Video shows the armed couple facing down the mob.
The important aspect is here the mob was not on a public street; the mob represented a clear threat; and Missouri has strong Castle Doctrine laws that do not require a duty of the homeowner to retreat from the threat. This mob was very fortunate the couple were well disciplined in their use of firearms. Once the mob broke through the gate, they were effectively in the justifiable kill zone.
Missouris law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first. (link)

Video uploaded to Twitter shows the St. Louis mob unlawfully entering the private property of the homeowners. Both the gate and the driveway are clearly identified as private property. This is not public property.
This is also a powder-keg issue and if local and state officials do not take action it is only a matter of time before these types of events lead to shooting. This is also why the DOJ needs to step-in quickly and begin making arrests of the anarchists and provocateurs who are violating laws and threatening ordinary citizens.
The Democrats are perfectly comfortable stoking the national anxiety and putting a few of their easily led sheep into the kill zone to accomplish their political objectives.
Yep, the Russia story didn't seem to resonate this morning
Unfortunately, home will be targeted for destruction now.
I live in a private gated community, not the level of the one in the video by a long shot but we have security gates and 24/7 guards....
It would not be hard to sneak into out neighborhood on foot since we do not have a perimeter fence all the way around the neighborhood.
But if you were to barge thru the gate, the guards are not armed so they can’t really stop anyone, but could all the police....once you get past the guard, you are on private property regardless of where you are standing...
We as a neighborhood own the streets and sidewalks, so it’s 100% private, I suspect it’s the same where this protest took place..
Photos show blm thugs trespassing....
And then there is the “official” version of the story which conveniently omits basically any actual facts. Absolutely disgusting.
Well, first, police need to step up their game and stop this crap. Less than lethal ammo is available, they shoulf be using it.
We have a similar castle law here, and a stand your ground law. If any of these twitts show jp in my yard, I just have to make sure I do not fire if gbey turn around to leave...
I’m beginning to think about a 12 gauge, none of this fun stuff is available for my 16 ga...ok maybe a 410...

Question is, why are police NOT using any of this already? I would love to see a half dozen rioters run away screaming from a pepper round...8 foot circle at 25 feet...and that’s the 410 round...
I’ve also seen bean bag rounds. Non lethal, and similar effects to those in these links. Should be standard police issue.
Of course the couple are at fault for brandishing firearms at a peaceful crowd just wanting to wander around looking at birds and trees.
seriously? think about that
They should probably get some private security for a few weeks if their pockets are deep enough. Or maybe the neighborhood will.
What I read is that they broke through the gate to the overall community, but just passed by this house. (It was a “gated community”.) I.e. they didn’t break through the gate to this particular house. The community gate said something to the effect of “private road”.
That was quite a house, if I do say so myself. 8>)
Should I shoot one or more rioters/trespassers it will not be accidental.
Yep, on the flip side of my comment is that all you need is a few good shoots and this will stop cold.
There’s always a big gap between what I’d do and what I’d like to do.
I don't know them personally, but they are personal injury lawyers, and the live in a gentrified, liberal section of the city. My guess is that a few weeks ago they supported the protesters, until they came a little too close to home- literally. As I understand it, they are representing a guy who claims to have been a victim of police brutality.
Let this be a lesson to anybody thinking about whether or not they need a gun. They do. Several. Make sure at least one is a semiautomatic rifle with multiple high capacity magazines.
I am more concerned about his attire...Pink shirt? Really? If you are going to pull out a rifle, dress for success...lol
Should have shot them!
BLM has been listed as a terrorist organization. Who handles terrorists?
