I don’t honestly understand the face mask thing, because I’m in a heavily Republican jurisdiction and the one constant in my life for the past few months has been the stack of fabric by my sewing machine that needs to be sewed up into face masks.

They have a Utopian model of planners, PC culture enforcers, forced jobs, forced housing, forced legal statutes, take away guns, forced food consumption, socialized medicine, media consumption, education and ultimately speech.
They want to kill dissent, freedom and honesty into a glob of fences, prisons and Government-monitored lock downs. Borders will be enforced, going out, that is.
With no options, no freedoms and no way to defend yourself physically or in the courts, you will be a subject and silence is the only way to survive. Think Kamala Harris, Tim Kaine and BLM people threatening you daily. That is after wealth confiscation.
They want you dead. They want you broke. They want you starving. They want most of all, is control. Full, absolute and total ability to legally hold your life, career, health and ability to earn a living to their discretion.

Sleepy Joe and now Nutty Nancy are simply being honest. The Left’s answer to Coronavirus, as with any crisis, is to have complete control of the People. President Trump must highlight this tendency of The Left. If the Democrats (not really Biden) have the White House, they will do their best to create an authoritarian regime.
How about a masks-for-democrat-females-only rule? Since ALL of them are hideously ugly, a full-face mask would be a good way to prevent harmless males from having to suffer the trauma of having to look at them.
Of course, there’s always the danger the masks might cut off their oxygen supply to the point where they’d drop dead. Consider that a fringe benefit.
