Most of “contact tracing” and the standard four CV questions asked by various health care providers and a few (fortunately, for now) businesses is staking everything on people answering HONESTLY.

If the Joe Biden Crime Network (JBCN) gets installed in the White House through vote fraud, contact tracing will be a method to funnel tax dollars to the anarchists to keep those statues coming down.
The big initial surge is over and with that goes any true need for contact tracing. It is only in the beginning, trying to contain the initial surge that contact tracing is needed and practical. After that it is just the state extending, past any “pandemic stage”, its attempt at controlling the population, just to show its power to control.
If “contact” tracing was needed and practical it would already be a standard operating procedure with the seasonal flu.
