Inside the D.C.-New York information bubble, Donald Trump is a gone goose, Senate Republicans are toast, and Democrats will control the House, Senate, and White House after Election Day in November.
That’s a reality being buttressed by dozens of polls showing Joe Biden winning handily nationally, and ahead in traditional battleground states.
Democrats have already begun to gloat — in between groveling before the mob and planning their “transformation” of American society.
But Republicans outside of that nest of vipers are a lot more sanguine about Trump’s chances.
Interviews with more than 50 state, district and county Republican Party chairs depict a version of the electoral landscape that is no worse for Trump than six months ago — and possibly even slightly better. According to this view, the coronavirus is on its way out and the economy is coming back. Polls are unreliable, Joe Biden is too frail to last, and the media still doesn’t get it.
“The more bad things happen in the country, it just solidifies support for Trump,” said Phillip Stephens, GOP chairman in Robeson County, N.C., one of several rural counties in that swing state that shifted from supporting Barack Obama in 2012 to Trump in 2016. “We’re calling him ‘Teflon Trump.’ Nothing’s going to stick, because if anything, it’s getting more exciting than it was in 2016.”
This year, Stephens said, “We’re thinking landslide.”
The tenor of the Politico article is incredulity along with a mocking condescension. No, the media doesn’t “get it.” They haven’t “gotten it” for four years and they will go to their graves “not getting it.”

I agree. But post-election 2000 what Al Gore wanted to do could legally not be done either and the USSC agreed. Look at the problems GW Bush had trying to run the country the first year. (Selected Not Elected).
Now imagine if they could create this passion among their voters just before the election. They will need to created some sort of voter enthusiasm because they’re not going to get any from Joe Biden.
My father, who is no Trump fan, mentioned that Trump just won re-election after Minneapolis said they were going to defund their police dept.
Even NY Police said they are eliminating their crime task force. The Dems will lose the middle class white suburban women vote by a large margin if this trend continues. The Dems know this but the radicals are now running the show.
He may not be their ideal candidate but he’s what they’ve got.

Voter Fraud on a massive scale will be the largest hurdle for Republicans all over the USA.
I would be surprised if there are any debates. Trump has already said he would not participate in debates he thought were 'biased'. And there is really nothing to be gained by him in participating in any of them.
The fake polls are used to try and demoralize our side (and not give money) and encourage their side (and give money).

They wouldn’t be trying for mail-in ballots or lowering the voting age to 16 if they were so confident.

I think the senate is the one to watch and when looking at individual races there is good reason to have concerns there....
Absolutely, positively 100% correct. What the Pubbies need to do is get ahead of this and start messaging that the dems need to take care of this now rather than put the country thru a mess of a time because they didn't see this coming. Not that they care obviously but the Pubs need to get ahead of it and give no quarter when it comes.

I would love to see a Trump Landslide, but I’m realistic, so I’ll say a 40/45 state Trump election. And I’ll say that the blue states will be close.

Soros and his minions are running the same playbook they did in at least 3 other countries. That is one reason Trump stays ahead of them.
It is my understanding that Trump has the dems electronic cheating under control. That is why the big mail in ballot push.
As I said, campaign for Trump as if he is 50 points down... We need to come out and vote. We need to be at the polling stations, making sure the Dems will not be able to commit voter fraud. We need to GOTVV
Picking off the low level easily replaced street fighters wont make any difference. Until Soros et all are arrested and extradited this will continue.
