Looks like there is work remaining to be done on getting a fair & impartial USSC. This is something our country desperately needs in my opinion.

Right - the Arizona case stated the Feds had complete control and Arizona could not set its own policies. Now it is the opposite.
Totally agree. Stop playing the defensive approach by trying to use the legal process. Just enforce the damn laws, and make the other side have to wind their way through the process.
This should be common practice. Start ignoring these lower rulings, and proceed with upholding the law.
