dems outnumber pubs by nearly a million here in PA, with a surge of first time voters which will certainly skew left; what Wolf does or does not do says nothing about how the vote will go in November...talk of certain Trump victory is just that, talk...

WRONG! Your mentality reflects that of a Dimm strategist.

Hillary's handlers used the same logic in the states they figured were already theirs.

I’m at the quack’s office and having to wear one of these things.

Same glasses problem. I can get by without them.

The visit here is probably pointless.

A relative returned to work recently under the condition that all employees must have their temperature checked and wear a mask all day. She tells me that the first day back most people didn’t wear a mask. Ironically, the leadership level team... none of them even holding a mask. She tells me that yesterday a person checked in with a temperature but was allowed in anyway.

Probably wouldn’t surprise anyone to know that the business is a county office building. Rules - they’re just for the little people.

So black voters are going to be very motivated to turn out for Biden, eh?

Wait until Trump gets done beating him bloody with the ‘94 crime bill.

And pointing out that all of these police abuses have occurred in DEMOCRAT-run cities.

He’s scheduled a rally in Tulsa for June 19. The date is not a coincidence.

Date of the Trump Rally is June 19. A date of some prominence in black history.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juneteenth

This is sure to trigger the BLM crowd, which I think is what Trump is going for. A little reminder to America that it was Republicans who ended slavery.

Wow!

You actually believe the Communist Chinese bedtime stories about their number of Communist Chinese Flu cases and deaths.

I'm gob-smacked!

It depends...

I like it here. Quite a bit in fact.

But I am not sure whether that, will apply to you or to others.

There was a Freeper about six months ago, who talked to me when he was coming here for a while.

He seemed to maybe be someone who would like it here. He I think was also in Cambodia, and Thailand, I think.

The thing is, he seemed surprized with Vietnam’s apparent censorship of a photo he posted online.

I don’t know the details, but yes there is a bit of censorship here. But I never see it here. Never.

Never.

I don’t know if I have a different view of things.

I am married. My wife is quite conservative, from a social perspective (not political, that isn’t really something considered, to tell the truth). Let me repeat though, to make it 100% clear. There is NO political back and forth. None.

None.

That may, or may not, be something to be aware of. For real. Potentially huge. No doubt, it is very different. Adjust, before ever coming here, and understand. I mean that.

But I have found it, very free and open, from my own standpoint.

It is different here. But it is also very nice I think.

I lived for several years, some time ago, on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.

So my view is somewhat different than some.

I like it. There are things about the way things are done here, which are fascinating to me.

I am here now.

Plan to begin raising a family here.

It is sort of up to you, I think.

It is not the Vietnam of the 1960’s, but it is also still socialist. Ho Chi Minh is very significant here.

Very.

If that is something which bothers you, don’t come.

He is very highly thought of, here.

Like nobody, in America.

Be aware of that, for sure. But otherwise, I really never encounter the authorities.

Never.

So far, so good, from my perspective. But that may not apply to anyone else.

Just my opinion. There are definite differences. Huge. Traffic is an altogether different universe here. MASSIVE shock. It is dangerous, and a huge adjustment. I cannot emphasize that enough. It is a shock. Trucks rule. Cars have more rights, than cycles, which means everyone.

Crime is not really a concern, except when it is. Had one phone stolen, and another one nearly taken.

Traffic can be a SHOCK.

But otherwise, it is nice. Really.

(See, it is really difficult to describe)

:)

Are you sure you're responding to the right post? I stated in response to IrishBrigade the following:

VideoDoctor to IrishBrigade

IrishBrigade stated - dems outnumber pubs by nearly a million here in PA, with a surge of first time voters which will certainly skew left; what Wolf does or does not do says nothing about how the vote will go in November...talk of certain Trump victory is just that, talk...

Wear masks, if you want to. At this point in time, there’s no good common sense in either extreme side trying to control what other people do in regards to masks. That said, don’t be an obtrusive, mouth breathing slob in other people’s faces. And don’t try to make your slaves ill. It’s unbecoming for Americans.

With glasses, you need a mask that fits snugly across the top, especially around the bridge of the nose. The surgical masks that don’t fit properly were designed by incompetents or sociopaths.

Regardless of one’s own personal opinion on masks, I find it disturbing that Wolf imposed controversial shutdowns that affected millions of jobs, but can’t even straightforwardly answer a simple question about it.

Yes. The dishonesty of Democrats like Wolf doesn’t surprise me, but their lazymindedness and stupidity do.

I wore one in the hospital for each of my children getting delivered. I was supposed to throw those masks out. And the whole process was less than one hour
