Has anyone seen estimates of crowd sizes for what was promoted as a million man march in DC?

really nothing to find...they had 40,000 tops....more showed up on Sunday than Saturday.

What tells me that it was a flop is that all the news reporting went back to coronavirus.

In general I think “million man march” status varies by demographic.

Weather’s turned hot, plus after a week or so of ‘protesting’ it becomes WORK, something the participants are leery of.

The Park Service used to keep track and make records of crowd sizes in DC. Then there was the Luis Farrakhan “million man march” which they estimated at 100,000. He sued them because bringing in a million is a heck of a lot more power than bringing in 100,000. They didn’t have lawsuits in their budget so they changed it to a million and decided never to estimate crowd sizes again.

I don’t know but I don’t know why it would be hard to believe. They don’t work. They either get government money or money from Mom and Dad. I would go on a weekend protest filled with booze and drugs and maybe sex if I was younger and had nothing to do :-)

And maybe could score some fancy stuff while looting

Look at it this way...If there had been anything even close
to one million people it would have been all over the news.

Conclusion...it was a bust.
