How can they be absolutely certain beyond the shadow of doubt that it was premeditated murder caused by racism, without a trial or even an investigation?

Have the police ever held a struggling cuffed suspect face down with hand and knee pressure to the back and held him down for many minutes while he struggled and called out that they were killing him? And continued holding him down until he stopped struggling, ie, dead? Should these officers automatically be charged with murder caused by racist hatred? Without due process?

Not trying to defend police neglect for the well-being of those they have in custody, but I think perhaps there should be an investigation and trial before finding them guilty. And before condemning all police departments and before burning our country down.

And it's not always racism,

I think they’re overcharging in hopes of forcing a jury acquittal, with subsequent street-level mayhem to hit just before election day 2020.

Let’s see...

The victim was a black guy.

The perp was a cop.

Of COURSE it was premeditated murder caused by racism.

Who needs proof or evidence?

The Left is funding all this b.s. and it’s targeted to bring Trump down. They will never stop.

AND Trump will win...

...by a landslide.

If a murder trial happens quickly enough for that to happen, it’s a complete setup. No way it happens that quickly.

It has never been for man to judge the hearts or thoughts of men, only the actions of men.

By arrogating to mankind that which is reserved to God for judgement, man likens himself to God, and this folly has only ever led to ruin.

In the republic, an offense for one reason cannot be more or less punishable than an equal offense made for another reason. It’s nonsense.

Jesse Watters said on the air it could have possibly been an organized hit being that they had known one another in the past while working security at the same club.By the pics George was quite liked by the ladies that worked there. Wonder where he got the counterfeit twenty? Did some cop “friend” gift it to him so he could get something to eat.Why didn’t the cop not mind being videotaped for over 8 minutes. There so many question to be asked.

Bingo. I’ve said all along this is too perfect if you know what I mean. Covidism was failing so they brought out the race war

I don’t think I could serve on a jury, because I might have been influenced by the media coverage.

I don’t know that there are 12 peer of the accused that can render an impartial verdict.

Of course they cannot.

The cop will never get a fair trial in Minnesota. The verdict is already in, carried by riotus terrorists.

And aside, a thought ...... the cops are in jail without bail more or less for their own protection. The mobs can’t get at them in jail.

Minnesota Democrats have made sure, that no person fit to serve on a jury, has not already decided the cop is a killer. I am expecting a plea deal if Epstein does not happen first.. The outcome for this cop depends whether or not there is anything more to milk out of this case.

I think they will get at least a manslaughter conviction (but none of us know all the facts) because the officer did not alter his tactics after the junior officer told him he could not find a pulse. But at the same time, if Floyd was not high, breaking the law, And resisting being placed in the car, the officer would never have been in a position to fail the way he did

a half way decent defense lawyer will absolutely destroy this case...there is already conflicting autopsy reports about the most important issue..cause of death. How in the hell can you charge someone with murder if you dont even know for sure how he died??...also, the aiding and abetting charges are just flat out comical....

Unless there are KKK robes in the cops’ closets, there is no way to determine what was in their thoughts when Floyd died.

And if even if was straight up racism, is it just to blame all cops? Is then just to blame all whites and Ametica by extension. I’m so sick of this crap.

It’s weird since I understand the cop in the video is also the Department’s trainer. Sitting there over 2 minutes after they checked for life signs, knowing he was the center of attention? Was he really The best qualified? Was he really qualified? Or was he given a pass as a favor?

Jim, all any fair minded person needs to do is watch Live PD episodes to see plenty of examples of police restraining people of all ethnicities and races in the same way...knee on neck, handcuffed, on the ground, etc. It is used with people who are wildly out of control, usually from drugs.

I think two things happened in the Floyd situation. First, the officers kept him down too long while waiting for EMS to arrive. They should have sat him up and leaned him against a wall or the car. Second, Floyd had medical issues that contributed to his death. Drug use is ultimately what killed him although that doesn't fit the Left's narrative.
