A neck restraint in their training would be using an arm or leg to apply pressure that does not result in airway constriction. Kneeling into a subject’s neck is not allowed. In fact, I’ve yet to find a single verified LEO anywhere who says they’ve ever seen or heard of anyone anywhere having training that allows for kneeling into a prone subject’s neck.
Haven’t found a single active or retired law enforcement officer anywhere that’s defending what the officer in this case did. I’ve seen universal disgust and disbelief at the reckless behavior displayed by the officer.

George Floyd was driving around high on Fentanyl stopping occasionally to commit federal crimes. Him dying in the street probably saved innocent lives. To hell with him and your cowardice dressed up as outrage.

I never said Floyd was a hero; I have no preconceptions that he was a good or a bad guy. But you can justify him being killed in public by a POS cop in a cruel and unusual manner because he maybe passed a fake $20 or maybe had ChiComFlu?

This officer would have known the perp is a drug addict and a violent habitual offender.

During a pandemic we have seen over and over perps claiming to have Covid 19 and spitting or doing other things to get the cops to back off
What if a known violent habitual offender drug addict who was resisting arrest did that..who also towers over the officers and weighs more than the officers? Can you not understand why they would keep him down

What I said in my post was, may this guy rot in hell. He spent his entire life working hard to secure a special place in hell. He's got his wish now.
Btw, I don't care whether he did porn stuff or not. If that's all he did banging lose women on camera, he'd still be alive today.
