The video is mislabeled. What you see occurred above DuPont Circle near 17th and Swann where a large crowd had gathered. After four hours of grace, the police suddenly began enforcing the curfew and some of those in the neighborhood let people into their homes to avoid being arrested. The police later got them out and arrested them. It was on Fox News last night.

Looking through your article I see that they smashed up the Teamsters HQ. They smashed up the AFL-CIO HQ the day before. The fact that lines of union goons aren’t standing guard and bashing skulls of any looters that get within 50 yards tells me that the unions have signed off on the chaos. Which in turn tells me the DNC has.
Some of the residents were willingly letting the rioters into their homes, so the rioters could escape from police.
