The African population must learn that resisting arrest is not a right. If you resist arrest, you are endangering your very life.

In all cases, by resisting arrest the civil rights of the cop are violated. The cop has a civil right to employment that doesn’t endanger his life and well being.

Cops with night sticks can beat a resistor into docility. Cops with tasers generously used can produce docility and reduce the possibility of harm to them selves. When resisting, the resistor forfiets his right to not be physically harmed.

Me, too. I have told friends that his death was going to be drug overdose. But hey, why try to inject some common sense and truth into the argument.

The drugs explain George Floyd’s behavior - flight, panic, agitation. They do not explain the officer kneeling on his neck, as Floyd laid on the pavement handcuffed with three other officers standing there.

Even more reason to not put your full weight on his neck. But for Chauvin putting a majority of his weight on George Floyd’s neck, Floyd would still be alive today. In the end, from a legal perspective, that’s all that matters; especially when Floyd said he couldn’t breathe.
************
Do we really know that the cop put his “full weight” on his neck? Can a video detect weight? Explain.

Black americans are their own worst enemy, and are the root of all their problems. I have seen black americans make good and live in decent housing, have decent jobs and live decent lives without a lot of friction from the people around them

Trouble comes when their kids go to school and get indoctrinated on black history month, the history of slavery, and how "oppressed" they are even while living with decent parents in a decent neighborhood.

Its the mixing with black radicals that destroys a family of black folks.

Black history month, black quotas, black only tv, black miss america, black music awards, black leaders like sharpton, this devides us not unites us.

there are people who live for this divide and make their living off of it. the MSM and every liberal out there dont want to solve this problem. because if we all got along their hate would have no place to vent.

Some blacks are just like crabs trying to get out of a basket, the second one of them get ahead 6 of them try and pull them back down.

A little caution here.

There can be drugs “in his system” that are not an effective dose. It could be a residual amount that had absolutely no effect the day he died.

There needs to be a lot more information to determine whether or not this information is relevant.

At this point, it is irrelevant. White kids are spray painting BLM on black-owned businesses while they loot them.

Fentanyl suppresses respiration = I can’t breathe.

Complicates matters

You don’t have to defend Chauvin to condemn the violence of rioters.

They can both be wrong.

I think that people who are upset about the rioting and mayhem feel the need to defend Chauvin in order justify their condemnation.

Not necessary. We can assume that Chauvin straight up killed this guy, with intent, and that still does not justify the rioting and murder that followed.

I work with a lot of cops. I give them the benefit of the doubt, because they all have a dozen true stories about how they are unjustly accused of everything you can imagine.

But I would never say a cop is incapable of doing something wrong. I have never seen such a clear case as this video.

Was the cop tested for drugs in his system? He had a strange look on his face and demeanor.

Yeah, they're both wrong.

But there are open trolls on the threads, some of whom have said they don't care if George Floyd WAS murdered.

And some who defend the police no matter what.

And spread open lies about "violently resisting" (the cops' favorite lie when they rough up or kill someone), which the police in this case tried until it came out in public there were multiple vidoes proving no such thing.

Read the probable cause statement against the ex-policeman now in jail on $500,000 bond.

It's damning.

Except to old cat ladies and masochistic homosexuals hoping the big tough murderous cop will come over and show them a good time, if they just fawn hard enough.

Too bad he's likely to be tossing salads the next 12 years.

"If you don't want to do the time, don't keep kneeling on the neck of an handcuffed man with no pulse for two minutes while on video in front of multiple witnesses."

If true that is what killed him. I knew it wasn’t PCP.

America will be a safe place when African criminals learn that resisting arrest is hazardous to their health.

People like you that molly coddle criminals are destroying our country

You didn't even read the Probable Cause document, did you?

Murder 3 in Minnesota is based on Depraved Indifference.

The ex-cop in jail on $500,000 bond, is on video keeping his knee on the neck of a man in cuffs on the ground for nine straight minutes.

After he says he can't breathe.

After he passes out.

After an eyewitness identifies as a first responder and begs him to get up and check for a pulse.

After one of the other cops helping to hold the guy down says, "hey, he doesn't have a pulse."

He doesn't double-check for a pulse.

He keeps his knee on the neck of a dead man (that's what no heartbeat means in the real world) for two more minutes.

On a single uncut unedited video taken in real time from six feet away.

He even brandishes his canister of mace at a bystander approaching to help the poor guy.

That's the literal definition of "Depraved Indifference".

Yep. Resisting arrest and working for President Trump. Both potentially very hazardous to your health. There’s a pattern there. Buy a clue. This isn’t a racial issue. Don’t make it one like BLM does.

The ex-cop kept his knee on the neck of a handcuffed man with no pulse (according to one of the other officers helping to hold him down) for two full minutes by the clock, on a video taken from six feet away, in front of multiple witnesses.

He didn't even TRY to double-check for a pulse.

Let alone CPR.

You are simply defending open-and-shut murder 3 by the very definition under Minnesota State Law. It requires "depraved indifference" and not intent.

Yes. The foot NOT on his neck was freely swinging, hence it was not supporting weight.

There isn’t even going to be a trial due to the depravity of the perp and the mountain of evidence. The cop will plead guilty to avoid a max sentence.

Then the dirty cop fan club will move the goal posts again and say “he wasn’t really guilty but couldn’t get a fair trial”. Book it.
