I think what Grey_Whiskers is DEFENDING is the RULE of LAW!/
/
/

The RULE OF LAW! Is innocent until proven guilty. What he is doing is getting extremely emotional over his OPINION being questioned. He calls people names like a low IQ person.

Of course this giant 6-6 ft tall stoned (meth and fentanyl) dude intimidated the arresting officers.

If the officers were intimidated by a suspect then maybe they're in the wrong business?

The scumedia is guilty. They create the narrative, light the fire and run with it. They should be held responsible, like the guy yelling fire in a crowded theater

I think he was involved in bad stuff as a teen and young adult, but was trying to get his life together. The COVID19 shut down left him without a job. It’s not surprising he faced the temptation to use drugs to overcome the depression. The police should have listened to his statements about not being able to breath before they attempted to get him into the car. They knew he was doing drugs because the police report stated the people with him were known to the police. It is quite common that these drugs cause respiratory issues. The choke neck hold was unnecessary, especially for the length of time it was implemented.

I haven’t seen everything you state, but if all correct, your assessment seems just. Not that I have sympathy for the criminal meth-head. He was a pile of doo, and this cop stepped in it.

“Trump and AG Barr need to pull this to federal court as soon as the other 3 are charged.”

That is very true so that way we can be sure of a fair trial.

“An “COVID-unemployed” black man driving a Mercedes SUV.”

The counterfeiting ring they both were involved in was about to get exposed if George fessed. The cop made sure that didn’t happen. The Club they worked at was a front.

Chauvin arrived on the scene long after the original team did.

I’ve got extra tin foil if you need it.........

Depraved Indifference is an easy beat by Defense, "Your Honor, eh, my client once gave George a ride home from the restaurant they both worked at."

Who can say he didn't? Have not once seen Depraved Indifference (or similar state manifestations) go to instructions when A knew B.

Wouldn't even be evidentiary, they could make the Judge take Notice of the pre-existing relationship, and instill him with the fear of turnover if he showed reluctance, right in the jury's face.

"My client was simply restraining George from hurting himself further. He knew of George's drug problem from working together at the restaurant."

All day long and twice on Sunday. Punt this trial into 2021 and don't allow your client to plea to even so much as Man.

I know a number of sheriffs deputies and I will be the first to admit that I do not have what it takes to be a police officer. But if these four were intimidated by their suspect, as you say, then they don't have it either. If you're afraid of the people you're policing then you should be doing something else.

Some stated he yell for his dead mother before he die as a symptom of his of oxygen being cut off to his brain. I think the defense will use this in court.

These aren’t protests. This is a revolution.

It has been planned with precision. They tried to set it off a week before with the jogger

At the moment of this writing, it looks like they might pull it off.

This is Free Republic.

Supposed to be about Constitutional Government.

Including Rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

Allowing a handcuffed man in the government's custody to die, by keeping your knee on his neck, until he passes out, and keeping it there instead of doing CPR, even after one of the other cops holding him down tells you he has no pulse, is a gross violation of civil rights as well as an exact fit to 3rd Degree Murder under Minnesota Law.

Under Federal Civil Rights Laws -- as a Citizen, not just as a black man, which is what you appear to be trying to deflect this to.
