The city ME has to work with the DA. And he passes cops in the hallway. He might even have cops as friends. Medicine is not an exact science. So the city ME will give that cop every break he can.
The freelance ME is already thinking ahead to his next case. And that next case might not come if he doesn’t make his clients happy. So he won’t give that cop any breaks.

Apparently Floyd complained of being unable to breathe BEFORE he was taken to the police car, while he was still standing on the sidewalk. He may have been stressed out by the arrest on top of his poor health and the drugs he took, and the cops actions finished him off.

The court will most likely appoint an agreed upon by both sides independent autopsy (once the defense team is set).

START MINUTE 0 The loser resists arrest, and is cuffed. He falls down, seems to be impaired.
1. The loser was DETAINED and CUFFED. Not a threat.
1.5 The loser resists three cops trying to get him into the police car and detained. They finally give up.
2. The loser was gasping for air.
2.5 The police call an ambulance
3.5 The police restrain the loser with an approved neck restraint, and two other officers are needed, at first.
3.5 A bystander asks an officer "why don't you put in in the car? The officer says, we just tried to for ten minutes (probably an acutual 4 minutes, but in a high stress situation, your time sense makes things seem longer.
3. The loser stopped breathing.
4. People all around were begging bitch-ass cop to GET OFF HIM.
5. Bitch-ass cop had NO situational awareness.
