Shocking new surveillance video appears to show George Floyd in a violent struggle with Minneapolis police before his death.
Floyd can't be seen in the footage, but one cop can be seen leaning through the back door and visibly struggling with him.
The clip was posted by activist Shaun King, who wrote: 'BREAKING: Just got this new video. Its all coming together. Police were in the car beating the sh** out of George Floyd. One stands watch, while the others attacked him.'
Later, white officer Derek Chauvin was captured on video by a bystander kneeling on Floyd's neck as he begged for air.
Floyd, 46, fell unconscious and died, and Chauvin, 44, has since been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter, which are filed in cases of unintentional death.
Chauvin also was accused of ignoring another officer who expressed concerns about Floyd, a black man, as he lay handcuffed on the ground.

“We dont know at this time if he was alive when he arrived at the hospital, died in route, or after being worked on.”
I believe that a lack of a pulse is an indication of death.
Just watch the actions of the EMT’s.

Thanks for the post link, watched the whole thing, timed it too, the Ambulance arrived and checked his carotid twice, also, it was not blood from his nose, it was saliva from his mouth.
If he died, I am convinced it was from a heart attack, but I see no evidence of the fact by anyone on the scene.
The officers main weight was on his other leg not the neck, and the narrative was from the people on the street.
The Paramedic did not instruct the officer to remove his knee either time. It was not until the stretcher was in place that the Medical personnel instructed the officer to move, which he did immediately. In fact, he assisted putting him on the stretcher.
So, If he did not have a pulse, why would it not be conveyed to the officer either of the two times? He could have passed out as well. No indication he was dead that I saw.
Again, thanks for posting the video
I believe the officer that wrote that gets it. I have seen a few others, during the lockdown stuff, that also understood.
Police need to be highly moral men, and constitutionally grounded.
“So, If he did not have a pulse, why would it not be conveyed to the officer either of the two times? He could have passed out as well. No indication he was dead that I saw.”
He was informed by another officer that was expressing concerns about Floyd’s welfare.
If a constrained person passes out, cops are to immediately Administer aid.
EMT’s. made no effort to Administer aid and immediately covered his whole body including his head.
You said it.
Narrative:
Evil white oppressor police hunt and kill sweet innocent black men at will.
Justifies looting, killing and rioting.
Reality:
Something much different. Like a bad cop with a manslaughter charge.
Ho-hum. Doesnt fit the narrative. Or play into identity politics.
Please dont let facts get in your way.
You two scenarios are not all that different. In both cases you have criminal cops and a dead citizen. And those are the only “facts” that matter in this.
Look at this cop talking to protestors in Kennesaw, GA - https://twitter.com/DevinShamel/status/1267235829098983427
Of course, this was a peaceful protest.
Same in Savannah:

The coroner’s report did NOT say that.
It used the very specific medical term “traumatic asphyxiation”.
DuckDuckGo for it yourself, I found it in 30 sec on Wikipedia.
It’s where you compress the thorax (chest) so hard the blood flows the wrong way out of the heart.
It has literally nothing WHATSOEVER to do with putting a knee on a man’s neck.
The officer charged with murder and manslaughter had had 10 prior excessive force complaints: one doesn’t count as he shot a guy going bezerk with a knife.
But guess who was the county attorney at least part of the time, who didn’t charge this ex-policeman?
Amy Klobuchar. Currently Democrat US Senator from Minnesota, and until this blew up, a hopeful for VP on the Biden ticket.
Think there just might possibly have been pressure to keep the cops from looking TOO bad?
The documents of Probable Cause, for the ex-policeman now in jail on $500,000 bond for 3rd degree murder and manslaughter, make reference to a 9-minute long continuous video taken from 6 feet away while the victim was lying in the street on his stomach handcuffed.
One of the OTHER policemen checks and finds the victim DOES NOT HAVE A PULSE.
This isn’t a zombie video game, people without a pulse do not attempt to overpower officers. They’re what in layman’s terms, are called, “Dead.”
The Kneecap officer kept his knee on the dead guy’s neck for over 2 1/2 more minutes after the guy had passed out. He NEVER attempted to give CPR.
I am amazed at the sheer volume of completely uninformed pro-police rhetoric about this case even here on FR which ought to know better. (”Free” Republic, as in, the Constitution is supposed to protect citizens from this kind of thing.)
He passed a bad $20 bill.
It’s not like he did something REALLY bad, like wearing a MAGA hat while smirking at an Indian (feather not dot) activist like that kid in Cincinnati or anything.
They could’ve arrested him at home a couple of days later.
The Probable Cause document for charging the pollceman with 3rd degree murder and manslaughter (intent is not necessary in Minnesota), is quoting an uninterrupted 9-minute long video of the victim on the ground with the ex-policeman’s knee on his neck the entire time.
It wasn’t just 5 seconds. You were on the other threads and you *ought* to remember that, right?
And the video shows one of the other policemen checking the guy on the ground for a pulse and he doesn’t have one.
Kneecap ex-cop doesn’t even move his knee of the guys’ neck, let alone attempt CPR.
3rd degree murder in Minnesota requires not intent, but depraved indifference.
For a first responder trained in CPR, to hear from another reputable source right there on the spot (his fellow policeman) that the guy in their custody (handcuffs=custody=they’re responsible for him now) doesn’t have a pulse, and then
not verify for himself
not start CPR
but keep on with his knee on the guy’s neck
(as verified by a live uninterrupted video taken from 6 feet away)
Perry Mason couldn’t get this guy out of Murder 3 / Manslaughter.
ncal, you’re misinformed.
There’s a truckload of other evidence.
Go look up the Probable Cause documents for the now-ex-policeman being charged with both 3rd degree murder and manslaughter.
It was not a politically motivated lynch mob, despite what some people on this thread are trying their best to misrepresent it as.
He didn’t say that.
The coroner said not “Traumatic Asphyxiation” which you can find for yourself on Wikipedia in 30 seconds.
IT’s compression of the Thorax (chest) until blood flows the wrong way out of the heart.
It has NOTHING to do with a knee on the neck.
You were also on the other threads, why are you acting like you don’t remember?
That's NOT what the 9 minute uninterrupted video of him on the ground shows, nor the Probable Cause documents charging the Kneecap policeman with 3rd degree murder and manslaughter. You also were on the other threads, why do you keep misrepresenting what is already known and established?
Thanks for posting.
So spare me. Also why the attorney for the family wants an independent autopsy done.
Yw, and another https://twitter.com/ZachKleinWSB/status/1267268388860108803
Antifa types must be so ticked off seeing these videos, lol
Lighten up Francis.
“The ME stated that the COD was his heart and nothing to do with ASPHYXIATION “
He didn’t state the COD. He never mentioned asphyxiation.
