The Probable Cause document for charging the pollceman with 3rd degree murder and manslaughter (intent is not necessary in Minnesota), is quoting an uninterrupted 9-minute long video of the victim on the ground with the ex-policeman’s knee on his neck the entire time.
It wasn’t just 5 seconds. You were on the other threads and you *ought* to remember that, right?
And the video shows one of the other policemen checking the guy on the ground for a pulse and he doesn’t have one.
Kneecap ex-cop doesn’t even move his knee of the guys’ neck, let alone attempt CPR.
3rd degree murder in Minnesota requires not intent, but depraved indifference.
For a first responder trained in CPR, to hear from another reputable source right there on the spot (his fellow policeman) that the guy in their custody (handcuffs=custody=they’re responsible for him now) doesn’t have a pulse, and then
not verify for himself
not start CPR
but keep on with his knee on the guy’s neck
(as verified by a live uninterrupted video taken from 6 feet away)
Perry Mason couldn’t get this guy out of Murder 3 / Manslaughter.
Go away, you are not reasonable.
