The ME stated that the COD was his heart and nothing to do with ASPHYXIATION and that is why just 24 hrs before the PARTIAL autopsy report was leaked the DA was on TV looking nervous saying “evidence does not support a charge at this time”

So spare me. Also why the attorney for the family wants an independent autopsy done.

He didn’t state the COD. He never mentioned asphyxiation.
