Mix in some live rounds with the rubber bullets and play “Rioter Roulette”.
Don’t mix two different issues.
Yes the media does have a narrative that anytime something bad happens to a black person and a cop is involved the black person is a victim and the cop is the aggressor.
This however is not some media spin of something made to match their narrative. Yes the media has done that plenty in incidents, where the perpetrator was spun into a victim, these actions are shameful by the media.
This incident however is NOT an example of this.
There is no race in this issue as far as I’m concerned, what the cops did to this man was WRONG, period, whether his race played into their actions or not, I have no idea, but this is clearly a situation where the cops were 100% in the wrong with what they did, period. And every American, black, white, yellow, red, brown, or purple with polka dots should be absolutely outraged by what happened here.
Those attempting to justify the police’s actions are part of the problem.
BTTT, FRiend.
For hard truths.
Dear Lord, please, guide and strengthen us.

> These cops murdered a man. They were simply fired. Thats it?! <
The cop whose knee was actually on the man will probably be charged and end up doing time. But you just wait. The other three will end up as police officers somewhere else.
I see that all the time in my neck of the woods. A cop gets fired. Then presto! hes a cop somewhere else. (Why? That tainted officer is trained. Hes ready to go. A rookie must be put through the academy.)
I am not particularly athletic at this stage but at a minimum, it would seem to be difficult for a man lying on his stomach with his hands cuffed behind his back to stand up. I am sure that some people could do it easily but most people would have a hard time rolling into a seated position and then getting their legs under them and having the balance and leverage to stand up with their arms trapped behind them. I am just noting this to put the suspects resistance into context.
The media put out so many false narratives, quickly, “hand up don’t shoot,” for instance which I STILL HEAR ABOUT - that it is right for us to be suspicious of reports of these types of situations. Once the media narrative is out, it’s extremely difficult to walk it back and present facts b/c emotions run so high (and so many refuse to believe facts, especially after the media have had a go of it).
At the moment, however, this looks to be pretty clear-cut as far as police malfeasance.
I didn’t realize what a badass you are.
Im too tired to run and too old to take a beating.
Enjoy your day.

Couple this with the video of the lady in Central Park calling police on an “african american” and we have a great recipe for weeks of destruction.
Tearing the city to pieces is how these people do things. They love it. These are the same folks that celebrate an NFL win by turning cars over. On black Friday they’ll beat up an old man over a TV. Out of special sauce for the Big Mac?... cracked skull. If he held his knee to a white guy we’d be back to COVID business as usual.
Agree
Thank you for pointing out reality to people on this thread who are trying to justify the cops actions. There’s simply no justification.
They knew they were in the wrong, too, because they were taunting him all during this and then blowing off the bystanders who were yelling at them to stop because they were killing him.
They were arresting him for passing a counterfeit $20, btw. Imagine what theyll do when they get into arresting us for not wearing a mask...
In other words, its in all of our best interests to get the police under control. I have LEOs in the family and they feel the same way about this.
I have been crying all morning over this. This videoed murder just put me almost over the edge!
My first thought at at looking at that pic was ‘that’s a giant loaf of bread’.
lol
Honestly had to go back and watch it again, because I wasn’t paying attention to the folks involved’s race on either side, but yes, it does appear the 4 officers were all white.
I am not suggesting race played a role in this, I have no way of knowing what was in these cops minds or hearts... I do find it insane beyond belief, that not a one of these cops pulled the man kneeling on this mans neck off of him at some point. Everyone gets lost in the heat of the moment, and anyone can have a lapse of judgement or let anger take over and then do something they otherwise wouldn’t, but there were 4 of them and even after the cuffed suspect was completely limp, after minutes of being kneeled on, not a one of them pulled the guy off him or told him enough.
What is beyond obvious, is the what the cops did was WRONG, on every level, there is no grey area, no spin, no “heat of the moment” argument here.... none. This was WRONG on every level.
This is an innocent citizen who was out-and-out murdered. All citizens should be appalled at his death.
scroll down to the “full video” and see how it effects you!!
He died on camera begging for air with the cops knee on his neck till the lights went out. Saw it on camera, they killed him.
Why werent white people out on the streets en masse. While I dont support the politics of these people, I respect that they demand to be heard. More than I can say for us.
And the ambulance guys just picked him up like garbage like they did this all day long. Nothing to see here attitude. Didn’t even try to revive him.
