Me too.........10 outta 10
Some of those, I was more familiar with the theme song, than the plot of the series. 77 Sunset Strip, Peter Gun are two such shows. I recall the finger popping theme song, with a late 50’s flair. Another finger popping theme song would be from The Adamms Family. Nowadays, my skin is too dry to properly ‘pop’.
Hi Luv! Been a while since I wandered in but I could not resist tonight’s topic. Way too easy; 10 for 10.

Dad was in the Pacific on a minesweeper and didn’t see any real action. He said they had depth charges for subs and were always itching to get into a fight! (But never did.)
I think he just wanted to let me have my childhood. I wonder if we should have done more of that when our kids were little. I remember giving an age-appropriate lesson about Hitler and the Holocaust to our kids.
The one daughter (around 5th grade?)wanted to know more about it and read the Diary of Anne Frank and then all sorts of other books. Gave a presentation in class about it. A lot (most?) of the kids said that was impossible - how could one guy (Hitler) kill so many people?
It wasn’t until 8th grade that they were taught about it in school.
Bible in a Year:
God . . . has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.
Bruce gained insight from the first chapter of Hebrews, where the writer tells us how God the Father set the Son apart by anointing Him with the oil of joy (1:9). This kind of joy is one of celebrationa gladness of connection to the Father expressed wholeheartedly. Such joy ruled in Jesus heart throughout His life. As Hebrews 12:2 describes it, For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Taking his cue from this scriptural expression, Bruce offered a uniquely joy-filled portrayal of his Savior. As a result, he became known as the smiling Jesus. We too can dare to fall to our knees and beg Jesus for Jesus. May He so fill us with His character that people around us see the expression of His love in us!
What are your perceptions of Jesus and how might they need to change? How can you represent Him as you show His heart to the world?
Dear Jesus, we beg You for You. May Your heart be what others see in us today. May we radiate Your joy in all we say and do.
I got 10/10.
But it was easy.as I spent my formative years glued to the tube.
My wife got some plants quite awhile ago and left unplanted. Just yesterday I finally dug some holes and planted the mostly dead plants. I told her I needed a cigar.
“A cigar? You stopped smoking 20 years ago!”
“Yeah - but I was pretending to be Gomez Adamms - planting a bunch of dead flowers!”
I’m just surprised I remember anything that far back. LOL
Enjoy visiting with your company.
Lol!
Too easy. 10 out of 10.

For a child of the 60’s, that was way too easy. 10/10.
10/10. I’m sure older FReepers will all agree that was very easy.
