Here is a thought, every rat state has a point plan on
reopening. This point plan relys on the reporting by medical administrations in hospitals, beds available, death rate and infected rate everyday. If they meet the governors requirements that county can open or move to the next phase. WE ALREADY KNOW THESE NUMBERS IN MOST CASES HAVE BEEN SKEWED in favor of a continued lock down. The states health commissioner is an appointed position by....you guessed it the governor of that state. See the picture and the deliberate delay.
